No one speak when customer walks in or approach the counter. Once staff took my order is when someone finally spoke.

Beyond Juice was amazing. The food was marvelous—fresh, filling, and satisfying. The smoothie was delicious and genuinely nutritious; it gave me a great boost for my workout.
If you’re serious about healthy living and eating, this is definitely the way to go. Guaranteed. I’ll be frequenting this place regularly.

I initially had a disappointing visit due to a mix-up with my order and the service I received. However, after speaking with upper management named Violet, she personally reached out to make things right. She was very professional, empathetic, and understanding, and we actually connected over our shared experience in the hospitality industry. She provided a coupon and invited me back, and my return visit was a much more pleasant experience.
I really appreciate when a business takes feedback seriously and goes above and beyond to resolve an issue. Thank you to the team for making things right—I will be returning!

Tried the duo of chicken ranch cobb salad 🥗 (my all time fav) with detox drink (now my new all time fav) will order again when available, I was fully satisfied 😁 thanks again Beyond juicery and eatery 👍🎊

As a secret shopper, Service was nothing to even talk about, I came in and watched others pay after me and get there food and drinks before me, then I ask how long would it take , the response - the lady at register said she was going to do it , when it's clear she busy with other customers, I have already been waiting for a good min, but none the less to tell me that there would be 7more min before I can get the coffee, well! So told the young don't worry about the money, keep it and I left, because it's not about the money, it's about the principal.

The smoothies are just not good at this location. Seems like recipes are not being followed and ingredients not measured out. I've witnessed them just putting literal handfuls and sprinkles of ingredients
Really need to retrain the employees here. Very rude. Couldn't make a basic infused lemonade. The emptiness of the store tells it all

A big thing for me is customer service and today this was not upheld. My friend and I walked in, no other customers inside- and we weren’t greeted. Which is cool but even when i said hello goodmorning there was no response lol! Just a little rude.. then when it was time to order she just stood there not even a “what can i get for you?” she just expected us to start talking😂 idk. I enjoy good energy, especially because i’m not a rude person so it’s just sad. And i rarely leave reviews either but i was appalled.

Usually I really like Beyond but today I did not have a very good experience. I am gluten free and fully aware of cross contamination being possible which is ok.
Today I ordered through the app as I always do. Gluten free wrap and extra meat. I got back to work at the wrap was WHEAT (see pictures) so I walked back up and informed them. I was asked if I wanted a refund before even being asked if I wanted them to remake it. I asked if they did have the gluten free wraps and then asked them to just remake it as I still needed something to eat.
I have worked in the restaurant industry for years, messed up/remake orders are ALWAYS supposed to be a priority. It took them 30 minutes to remake mine, mind you they were not slammed when I first got back and only about 4 tickets up for wraps and bowls.
They finally got mine done, which they still forgot the double meat (see pictures) definitely was not double meat. I wouldn’t be upset but when you pay nearly $5 extra between gluten free and double meat it is frustrating.
I just went back to work and ate because at this point I was very hungry.
To the owner, PLEASE just remind your employees to read tickets better and focus. I know how busy it can get but details matter 😣
