Horrible, worst and most expensive smoothie I’ve ever had. Very poor portion, a little bit more than the half of the cup, no flavor and I told the person if they can fill it up and they said no because is the portion a according to their measurements. 7.79 plus I left them a tip. Never again here.

I absolutely love Beyond Juicery, but this location did not make me very happy. I ordered a peanut butter mocha smoothie and substituted the peanut butter with almond butter. I then watched them put peanut butter in it, and then proceeded to scoop the peanut butter back out of the blender and continued making the rest of the smoothie with the same blender. I do not have a peanut allergy, thankfully. That doesn't excuse the fact that they are risking other peoples health who might have said allergy. The manager at the time did not seem to care when their staff showed concern about it either.

Went to get 3 smoothies around mid day, employee said there was a 20 minute wait for food and smoothies, that’s no problem. However it was a problem when the employee being trained used peanut butter instead of almond butter, and when the employee training said “I don’t care it’s fine”, that’s a problem. Not coming here again if the employees are possibility playing with peoples allergies.

A terrible experience. We were 2 of 4 customers in the store. Three workers. We walked up to the counter and had to wait for the person working the register to look up from her phone to take our order. Never put her phone down or looked up. Seemed annoyed that we even wanted to order something. We waited over 15 minutes for one juice. No sense of urgency or care. They moved in slow motion and did not work independently from each other. This location needs better training.

My first visit to this location. Good smoothies. Didn’t get cooked food, so no comment there. Smoothie was made quick with fresh ingredients. Taste was on point. Service was quick and professional. Would go again.

The service on Grand Blvd in Detroit in disgusting. They should close the place down. It's always dirty with trash on the floor. And they hire young people with no training. My smoothie was like water with none of the add ons I paid for. I would never recommend that place to anybody. Then when you go out to Dearborn it's clean and the service is better. But why? I swear I want my money back. Never in a thousand years have I experience service so bad.
I’m dissatisfied with the service I received 12/4/24. I’m not sure if it’s because the afternoon rush or just poor communication/customer service skills. I initially ordered breakfast grilled cheese and was told that was unavailable. N/P I then asked for a regular grilled cheese w/ tomato soup & Alive smoothie with Half Banana. I waited over 30 minutes to receive my order. The smoothie was not blended well b/c the ice was so crunchy. So one of the employees told me that since I got a half banana that is the reason why. And she then suggested I get half cup of ice. I order the same smoothie w/ half banana often and never had any issues until NOW! So I politely asked the barista to remake the smoothie w/ half banana and half ice as the other employee suggested. NOW LOOK the picture on the left is what is received. WHAT the F is that !? I had to get to work so I said forget it and left. I threw away the smoothie it was disgusting. I received my grilled cheese w/ tomatoes no side of tomato soup. One of the barista asked me if I wanted to add anything to my smoothie since I only had half banana and the young lady working the cash register told me and the barista accommodations can not be made. This was clearly miscommunication, no accommodation's or customer service provided. I’m a server so I know how to handle situations like this and I would never allow a customer leave unhappy and dissatisfied.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Beyond Juicery Eastern Market. The atmosphere was terrible—uninviting and not at all what I expected. Nobody greeted me when I walked in, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the person at the register stayed on their phone the entire time and didn’t even acknowledge me. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Customer service should be a priority, but clearly, it’s not here. I won’t be coming back.
