As much as I love the food at Beyond Juicery, I have a suggestion that would work for people like myself who is hard of hearing. I would like to see a system where customers receive a message on their phone whenever their order is ready. Oftentimes a worker might call my name when my food is ready and I don't hear them because I'm hearing impaired. So that means I would have to go to the counter a few times to see if my food was placed there. So maybe Beyond can start...

I work in the area so I eat here often, my coworkers as well. I have never had any issues with my order or the staff. Everyone is so friendly and always speak. Some very nice young ladies work there. HOWEVER, yesterday September 29, 2025 I went into the store around 4:30/5pm and it was EXTREMELY hot and smokey. There were 3 young ladies working and orders coming in repeatedly, and also customers in the store. I asked them why it was so hot and they stated there were issues with...
