They have attitudes when you order. Don't make anything right. I can't have energy drinks, they put redbull when I told them not to, they also charged me more for a drink the other day because they charged me for the wrong drink, then they made rhe right one but said they couldn't refund it and charge right. I was gonna let thag go, but they made this drink wrong, then added redbull when I have a heart condition and cant have it. I paid 15 dollars for two drinks and they were bad. Never will I go to another bigbys ever again.

I literally go here all the time and they get my order wrong all the time. I acknowledge that it's wrong and they give me attitude

Worst place to get coffee! No parking and rude staff, especially for a place of business to be in the hospital
Six employees working today. One holding up a wall and the other 5 would not stop talking to each other. Orders were getting messed up, drinks left in blenders and forgotten about. Baristas talking so much and tossing order slips, so they had to go back to computer to see what was ordered. This is a very busy place being in a hospital. Long lines for ordering and pick up. Six people working at once should be able to handle crowds but only if they’d stop talking to each other and do their jobs. I never tip here because They don’t deserve it.

They’ve got my drink wrong four mornings in a row and I’ve been in the hospital for two weeks and every time they’re nasty about it

This place has bad service, if you want snotty employees that charge you extra for something you asked for in the first place, this would be the place. When I ordered I asked for the 16oz signature iced coffee and the ham and cheese bragel combo for $9. They gave me a cream cheese bagel and I wasn’t upset at all but when I asked about it they seemed bothered said I asked for that. Then told me if I wanted what I originally ordered I’d have to pay $2.20 extra. Now I don’t even like cream cheese and bagels like that, but I was already so hungry and I wasn’t about to eat just cream cheese and a bagel so I paid it. And here’s the real upsetting part, I was still trying to be cool with it but when my food was given to me it was with a damn attitude. Now I want my damn money back, all I wanted was my order right to begin with
Rude staff.
My last two experiences have been extremely horrible at this bigby since the hiring of the new night staff. Particularly a young man who works the afternoon night shift . He has been very rude, and literally called me, a frequent customer, irritating after asking me to repeat my order, and when I did repeat it per his request, he stated that I didn’t have to, then proceeded to callMe irritating. Since this new staff has been present they keep their lights turned off to look as if they’re closed . They lack friendlyness and general good customer service . My orders have been wrong multiple times . I work at henry ford and I am extremely disappointed in this new service . And I will not be supporting anymore . And will be advising my coworkers who witnessed the rude customer service to not support as we’ll
Inside a hospital. I don't care to see anything inside a hospital on my maps because I have to pay to park to go inside.... useless

The young man got up from eating chips. He did not wash his hands. He gets in front of me and stand there..no hi ,no may I help you or nothing. He makes my sandwich put it in the bag and drop it ?. It was my first and first sure last time there smh
My son was inpatient at Henry Ford for 6 weeks. Servers were SO rude every single time. Biggby is usually my happy place. Biggby, please talk to the franchise owner at this location.

On two occasions I have visited this Biggby. Both times the servers didn’t have manners. They didn’t say thank you, or you’re welcome during transactions. One young lady kept using profanity. Both appeared disheveled. It’s coffee and muffins for goodness sake.
