On two occasions I have visited this Biggby. Both times the servers didn’t have manners. They didn’t say thank you, or you’re welcome during transactions. One young lady kept using profanity. Both appeared disheveled. It’s coffee and muffins for goodness sake.

My son was inpatient at Henry Ford for 6 weeks. Servers were SO rude every single time. Biggby is usually my happy place. Biggby, please talk to the franchise owner at this location.

My coffee was great I luv Biggby coffee. My experience with the staff was unpleasant the smacking of the lips when asking a question, rolling of eyes and when I Apologized for forgetting to ask something the smart comment OhMyGod this is ridiculous was very rude. I apologized again but didn't seem like she cared. I have worked in fast food for 10+ years. If you don't like dealing with customers in the morningor any time do not work for the retail industry. I will continue to go to Biggby just not in this hospital. Biggby managers should really consider who they are hiring.

Service was fast it took me like 3-5 mins staff are ok but handling food with long acrylic nails with arts is a health hazard issue since this coffee shop is located inside the hospital and customers are like doctors, health staff and people relatives visiting the hospital. Please you can do better Biggby!!! Your coffee is one of my fav. I’m not going back there unless I see the staff nails are short and neat.

I'm a biggby fan that's all I can say good breakfast food the bagels are awesome and I also love their butter bear Frozen of course especially on Fridays free shot of espresso please

Staff at 2799 West Grand Blvd Bigby are just plain rude.. Made my first and last Bigby coffee experience of 2023 a forgettable one. Compared to Starbucks, this is the staff that you would have turned down at the interview process. Stay second classy Bigby.

I ordered large extra hot soy latte with coconut flavor. I got not the full size of large cup (3/4) with NO foam at all, burning hot (I have the same order at Starbucks always), and no flavor and tasted like heavily diluted coffee! $6.99. Noooopppeeee!!!! Go to papa joes or cafeteria where subway is, or there is a small coffee shop with decent coffee! Are you, people, serious?!
