Very disappointed took business clients all there air wait staff was very rude. They were cute but rude. Bouncers did not know how to do their jobs would not recommend this place to anybody place should be shut down Even with VIP passes The bouncer took forever to get us in

⚠️ Terrible place to visit. ⚠️ My daughter visited this club with a group of friends for a birthday party. She said to start out with everything is expensive. Then the staff is unprofessional and rude. Once the night over and she went back home which is in Farwell MI, about 2 and a half hrs away from the club, she realized she had left her coat with her car keys in it. She has reached out to the club 4 times now and each time she has been greeted with someone being extremely rude and unprofessional. They have told her Everytime to call back and then yesterday when she called a employee answered the phone saying she has called 500 times and their to busy to deal with her. This makes no sense at all considering their the ones telling her to call back. The sad thing of all is all she is trying to do is have someone mail it to her and willing to generously pay them for their time. Now she has no way to drive her car or has to pay someone to take her to Detroit or have a locksmith create a new key. My advise is to pass to the next club and avoid the unprofessional conduct.

I went for the Hoedown, hosted by Jacquees. I bought the VIP balcony, skip the line tickets. When I walked up to security and let them know, they still entertained the other line and I had to wait outside. I bought those tickets specifically so I didn’t have to do that because it’s cold out. Then I get inside and I ask about the VIP balcony section they just gave me a ticket and no explanation. I wore a thin jacket to go with my outfit because there isn’t usually a coat check in, the man at the door demanded I took it off and checked it in. When I let them know I didn’t want to be cold he made me thank him for letting me keep it on. When I walked up to the bar I was greeted with FRIENDLY faces and sweet attitudes one of the best parts of the whole experience! After being soo rude to me, I sent a friend to go ask about the balcony where she got directed. The security man at the stairs was the best part of this WHOLE experience! He was friendly, welcoming, directed, and not disrespectful. Me and my friends enjoyed the balcony for a couple hours but by 1am the host of the party had still not shown up. Bad customer service, and false advertising

This place is the most lamest club in Detroit. This was cool like 5 years ago, but don’t go here. I haven’t been in years and always hear horror stories.
We went for Halloween and had a blast once inside. Drinks were very expensive so we hit a few bars before then (would recommend). Line was long and bouncers charged $100 to cut you in line.

Horrible place nothing but a bunch of thieves possibly working in the club and attending. Lost a 3000.00 pair of glasses there, my friend lost his wallet and staff was no help at all trying to help us retrieve our items. Never will step foot back in that place again
