Google still says this place is open. Drove there and it was closed and water pouring from the ceiling in their kitchen area. I miss Boston Market in general..😢

This Boston Market should be closed down. When you walk in there was water all across the area where the food was being displayed. Therefore in order to see the food you was standing in a puddle of water. The Rotisserie chicken was burned & dried out. The wing was so died out you couldn't eat it.There was no lemonade nor tea. Soda was spilled all over the counter. He didn't give us bread nor napkins. As we was leaving the bread has just come out. I said to him you didn't give us bread in our meals. He stated we didn't have none it just came out. He gave us the bread. The bread was over cooked and hard. I decided to go to the washroom. There was a sign on the door that stated we clean the bathroom every hour. The bathroom was a total mess. It was very unclean with tissues paper all over the floor. The toilet and wash bowl looked as if it had not been clean for days. This Boston Market on Livernoise off 7mile need the owner to make a surprise vist. To see how their investment is being taken care.I would frequently vist this Boston Market about 3years ago and they would always have great food, clean and good customer service. Wow how time change things.A concern customer.

Boston Market (Livernois) CLOSE THIS STORE AND ARREST THE EMPLOYEES. My money was taken for delivery but the order never arrived. No one at this location will answer phone calls. Customer Service is nonexistent. The absolutely the worst restaurant experience on Livernois!
