The employee was a miserable human who was visibly upset with life and treating people like they were a burden. I would never come to this place again. Short hair waits glasses on, but didn’t get her name because she was extremely rude. I asked about croissants and she tried to tell me to go somewhere else. I asked if they had other available options and she refused to serve me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You’ll lose business with these kinds of employees.

As a French man this is a disgrace for french bakery. $7,99 for a pain au chocolat which is at least two days old is unacceptable. I’m not going to talk about the taste of it and the service. Such a shame, this could be a great spot a really good bakery.

The worker used the same glove to scan items, tap the touch screen register, and handle the ham on my sandwich.

Very disappointed. The price increase wasn’t updated on their menu—no big deal. However, the cold sandwich I purchased came out of a cooler instead of being made fresh, so I don’t know exactly when it was prepared—was it earlier today or two days ago? The provolone cheese was definitely expired, as the taste was terrible—sour and unpleasant. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly, which I always appreciate.

Johan is phenomenal, he was so kind and personable. Very helpful as well, hiring more people like him would likely improve reviews. He should be a customer experience trainer
Terrible service, terrible tea and very overpriced! As soon I walked up and ordered a hot tea, the girl working there rolled her eyes. Then she handed me a cup half filled with hot water and said pick a tea bag and I had to make the tea myself. I asked her where the milk is and she told me in the rudest tone that they only have coffee creamer! Like no milk or normal cream! Why even have hot tea in your menu if you’re not gonna have the proper ingredients for it! And I was definitely overcharged for this small tea which cost $5 when I literally had to make it myself with a tea bag that should be max $2.
I was sitting across from the place and decided to google them and see what they offer. Chocolate croissants are right up my alley, so I sent the hubby to go get 2 of them. My husband is literally the nicest person in the world and also the most passive 😅 he came back with a sour look on his face and when I asked what happened, he told me the cashier was incredibly rude and impatient. I’m literally sitting across from the place and was watching and thought I had seen her give him an annoyed look, but was hoping I misread it. Nope. It’s sad that this place has more negative reviews than positive and nothing has changed within the 2 years they’ve been getting reviews. Says a lot about the type of owner, more so than the employees.
Bad on all counts. A very unpleasant aftertaste and the service...I won't even comment.

The food tastes alright if you were fed tree bark for your entire life. The service was abhorrent; the old hag spat a whole globule into my sandwich when she thought I wasn't looking. Terrible food, made by terrible people. Stay away from here!
Dietary restrictions: My diet solely consists of sustainable, edible food for a fair price, and this place offers neither. Shameful!

Were you hoping to spend $17 on a Caesar salad? (With no protein—chicken breast is $5 extra.) Were you hoping that $17 salad was full of brown lettuce and soggy croutons? If so, this place is your jam!
Awful. Way too expensive and gave the wrong person my order. They re made it and my sandwich was cold and gross In the center
