Brooklyn Fish and Chicken

I am currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for my order, when I was on the phone with the gentleman he told me that it would be 30 minutes until my food was ready. Keep in mind I have a household with 30 plus people inside, I ordered in advance so it can be ready and I can bring back for everyone to eat. He calls me back in 30 minutes and tells me to come I'm already in route to the restaurant. I arrive and give him my phone number to confirm my order he tells me it's roughly $90 for the order, I pay and then he tells me it will be an additional 20 to 30 minutes for the food to be ready. I asked him why would it take so long if I ordered it over in half an hour ago and he tells me that they waited for me to pay before they cooked it, keep in mind that was not mentioned over the phone because if it was I would have just paid by card. The restaurants that I would order from near home would have had everything ready for me before I pulled up and I spend almost $100 with this establishment and they make me wait. Also I asked can I remove an item and was told that they just dropped it after they confirmed the order, so you mean to tell me that it took you under 20 to 30 seconds to drop the order but I have to wait a half hour for it to be done again!!? I am truly behoved by the transaction that just took place, in the fact that the gentleman behind the counter says this to me like it's something that I should have been aware of?!! Meanwhile I ordered roughly $200 worth of items from Manhattan's about 3 weeks ago and all of it was ready before I even got there. I am no degenerate so I won't make a fuss, what I just explained in this review I explained to him as well it just made me furious that he elaborates all of this after he already took my money so I started elaborating to him as well how this is extremely unprofessional. I will take my order and leave but I can assure you on my big brother I will never visit this establishment again!

P.S. I will update the review on the food when I get back to my family but I feel like this experience needed to be shared.

My food is always good and fresh when we come to Brooklyn, the other seafood places nearby just don’t make the cut. You can guarantee the quality is consistent. I used to never eat Talapia, but it’s amazing here and I tried it and have been a fan since.

Charged me $4+ for 3 small slices of green tomato and had the nerve to make a joke of it then refused to give me bread with my fish order.

I would give this place zero Stars if I could. Google says one thing and they tell you another when you come in. Google says that they close at 10:00 p.m. my wife called maybe five times at 9:00 and they never answered. Because we live a few minutes away we walked in and they told us they weren't taking any orders. Either this place needs to tighten up their public communication on Google or honor their own hours. Hire someone to handle your online information but just don't LIE to customers. It's a hassle when you call a restaurant that's open no one answers, then when you walk in BECAUSE THEY ARE OPEN, they tell you they aren't taking orders?!?! HOW SWAY???

This place is trash!!! Walked in 40 minutes before they close and they said they were done for the day?!? Why have closing hours pushed out an hour?? I also called multiple times before 9:30 p.m. which is the time they claim they closed. If you closed early then why just not answer the phone for customers at 9:00 or 9:15 or 9:20??? Everyone has security footage, and also everyone has call records. Show your call records and how many times customers call you and you don't answer them. And then tell them you are closed when Google hours say you are not. I would advise STAY AWAY!!!

I love Brooklyn catfish it is fried to perfection and the frys are good as well. Awesome experience!

This has become my Favorite Spot! Me and my Family love this place Especially my Husband. Their Food is Fresh and Hot! Seasoned very Well! We have been supporting them the moment they Open, and it's close to the House. They are very Nice no Complaints.
