I would like to know who was responsible for missing the order that was picked up going to Wayne State the other day. I do not have the time to sit there when I pick up an order and double check an entire meal for more than 15 people. The restaurant refused to re-deliver and only accepted a reimbursement. This is unacceptable.

The customer service is definitely the worst when it comes to fast food. Calling in your order they're rushing you off the phone...... Than when you get there your order is wrong why because they in a hurry to get you off the phone. Then waiting on your order all the cashiers are doing is standing there cussing twerking and on their personal phone calls. You all need to get in contact with Chick-fil-A when it come to hiring individuals to work for your establishment. The cashiers are horrible and rude, and that's putting it mildly .

Can you find the chicken quesadilla I ordered? I placed an order on 11/1/24 for 2 of these. Both looked like this and the chicken was chewy. My son and I have been going to this location for awhile with minimal problems (they always forget something so check your bags). Bring back the days when Bucharest took pride in their food!!

One of my favorite restaurants. Food is always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly.
The lamb shawarma was fatty and greasy. My first bote into it pulled everything out because of not being able to bite through the fat. I then tried picking through it only to find a non fatty piece that was very greasy. I did not eat it. The cashiers were friendly and gave great service.

While I worked at Quicken Loans my designated parking lot was across from this location and the smell were always memorizing. Well one day I walked over and tried the Bucharest Shawarma and was instantly hooked. Check them out if you in or around the area.
