This location is hit or miss. Either the meat is extremely dry or the sandwich is served cold. I usually request for them to remake it but I didn’t have enough time on my lunch break so I decided to write this review instead. Please stop serving cold shawarma’s, they get soggy if microwaved, overall, they taste better hot and fresh.

I have been a customer since they first opened inside a bar and this has been my first negative and disappointing experiance. I ordered food for 4 people off of their website to be delivered. Two of the items were missing and the restaurant on Livernois would not give me a refund or deliver the missing food. In fact I was told the manager was to busy to come to the phone. Once I finally got him on the phone, he took my name and number but have never heard back. That was a week ago.
To the owner who responded, I ordered off of YOUR website, not through a delivery service. YOUR restaurant didnt give the delivery person all of the order, that is YOUR fault. And not calling me back or trying to help in any way was YOUR choice. The charge on my account has YOUR restaurants name, not a delivery service. When I hit Delivery nothing about an outside company popped up. So you have my money, the food I never got and a very dissatisfied customer, especially at your lame response.

This my second time getting food that I was disappointed with, but this was the beef and it had nothing on it but garlic no pickles at all I think they must’ve gave me someone else. Sandwich sandwich was absolutely dried out. Meat was hard, and I had already went back once because I had to get the cheese for the cheesy fries, I would like to talk to the manager and I feel like they owe me another beef sandwich. This Beef Shawarma was awful. Livernois, are these stores owned by different owners? Are they franchise?
Excellent, clean, welcoming restaurant. Best food in town.
