Large restaurant with eat in area and separate waiting area doe carry out. Food is absolutely wonderful and service is the best!Parking: Full parking lot due to other stored are in the same strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Only one curb but it has a slanted area for wheelchairs.

I like the shawarma's, and I also get the chicken bites which are served on a bed of lettuce. The only problem is that they chop up the chicken so small that it is no longer chicken bites, they are chicken crumbs. It's really not right because that is what you expect...to get a bite, not crumbs that you have to scoop with a spoon!

Placed in order online today with the Livernois location and did not see on Doordash how to change the salad dressing. I contacted the store to change the dressing and the young lady that answered the telephone was super rude and hung up the phone in my face. Just go home!!!!!

Be prepared to walk into this restaurant and not get greeted with a warm smile and great customer service. Seems as this location hire young kids with terrible attitudes and poor customer service. Especially the young lady with the long red braids sweeping the floor her attitude is awful. Cold French fries and no dressing to go with my salads. I was afraid to ask for the dressing because the customer service is so trash. When I did ask for dressing, one of the young ladies said it’s $1 dollar, then I told her I never received any. She smacked her lips then immediately slammed the dressing in my hand . Now I understand why they only have $2 dollars in their tip jar.

The falafel was awful. We trash after test, and it was still frozen inside. The order put on the phone is supposed to be ready 1230 pm, and we wait till 1255 pm. Don't think I will go back there.
