Food was average. I've been to better locations. Vibes were good because it was gameday. Service was fine - we sat ourselves, got drinks and food and then the bill.

How do you charge a table of 4 a gratuity charge when it wasn't a party nor was the place even busy. Sorry but that is bad service and to get upset with someone because they didn't tip more on top of what they did when this little item was put on the bill.

Parking: Beware of the 15% gratuity that is automatically added to your bill if you sit at a table (per the sign, table service adds15%) and the suggestion to tip extra on the bill?

Fist timer here … Me and my family was celebrating my grandson 14th birthday who is special needs and in a wheelchair after waiting about 30 minutes to be seated with a party of 11 and needing a toddler chair we sat down an (I) had to move chairs around to fit my son wheelchair in … knocked a chair down and almost fell on a customer because I’m doing someone job then had to go get a toddler chair myself again doing someone else’s job. Now let get over to the food … Terrible the chair was hard as bricks I’m mean Very hard to bite and chew the burger was great …. The place was very dirty with trash and food all over the floors the staff needs more training. I will not be returning sorry……

Wheelchair accessibility: Good luck find it because the staff didn’t let us know we had to find it ourselves

There is nothing wrong with the building or service but the food is terrible been here twice and the wings were genuinely cold like as if they were sitting around for 20 minutes would absolutely recommend you go somewhere else

All around we love it we are not a fan of adding gratuity to receipts because I feel I choose to tip fairly. But I think it hurts the waitress because we left less of a cash tip. I know it may be to help give the people in the back some help but it shocked us to see the added amount automatically. I know it is normal for larger groups but it was 2 of us.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Drove 3 hours from Canada to come here. Waited 20 minutes at least just to be greeted. Tried to ask the manager how long it would be and was told if I didn't like it I could turn around and leave. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

I emailed them directly to explain what happened, I wanted to give them another chance. I was really hoping that they would try to rectify the situation. But instead I was ignored. Not surprising after how we were treated in person, but still disappointing.
