We went here after the Mid American Conference Football Championship game (Western Michigan Broncos WON) at Ford Field. It was a short walk from the game to Buffalo Wild Wings. The place was packed! However, we got a table right away, and had to wait for our server (Kellie) for maybe 5 minutes. She did a good job for as busy as she was. It was not a long wait considering how busy the restaurant was. The food was fantastic. The wings were probably the best I've had at Buffalo Wild Wings. We tried the cauliflower wings for the first time...I will definitely get them again. They were great. I didn't realize they were the cauliflower wings when they came!! They also had a fantastic crunch. In summary, this restaurant did a great job Saturday afternoon. Food was great, service was very good & the atmosphere fun. When we finished, we walked back to the Ford Field parking garage, got in our car and got right on the interstate to head home. Great planning on our park.

Todd was one of the bar tenders tonight for my husband's world party and he was on point! Quick friendly overall awesome service.Thanks Todd Food was hot and surprisingly quick even though the kitchen would have been absolutely next level light switch slammed tonight. Shout out to all the staff for tonight who worked the NTEU Party. Great job🧡

Lowest rated B Dubs in the state. $33 on delivery with missing items / incorrect order. Garbage level customer service over the phone while taking the call about their mistake. Could have eaten from 50 other places after a 12 hour work day, but i idioticly chose this gyp joint.

Today was my first time going to this buffalo wild wings i normally go to woodhaven. It was the wordy experience i had. No one greets you walking in we waited about 15-20 minutes for our waiter to come and it was not even busy. when our waiter came i wanted to order from their alcohol menu and i had my ID with my paper stapled that i was 21 and went to renew my ID already and she denied my ID she even said “ did he see this yet” ( her manager ) and she said sorry i can’t accept it so i said okay can i speak with your manager and can you ask him? NICELY. She then proceeded to stutter and you can tell she got annoyed and said it’s fine i got you and didn’t ask him because she KNEW what she was doing was not okay because i had a valid ID. She was overall just trying to get rid of us and checked on us 1 time the whole time. They added the tip on our bill when they clearly add it for tables 6 or 8 and up and they had no sign that they add it for just anyone but than again we were the only MEXICANS there and they didn’t add the tip for anyone else that i asked. I even spoke with the manager with whom he told they add it for anyone and mind you it was 2 adults and 2 kids. 1 toddler and 1 18 year old. i definitely would not ever come back and definitely should put up a sign. Whether the service was TERRIBLE we still wanted to tip a good amount because of the holidays. Clearly they added it bc of who we were and because they knew she didn’t deserve a tip at all.

Honestly, this is the best experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever had. Like, since I was a kid, I'm not sure I've had this good of food from here in a long time. It was awesome! Kudos to the kitchen staff. You guys are throwing down in there on a Wednesday night.
The Patron margarita was good but not great. A nice pour and tasted good, but basic sour mix. I'd order it again though. Fresh juices would be nice, but I get it.
The wings were just top notch wings. We ordered them wet, and they were so saucy and delicious, just how we like. Perfectly crispy and juicy, and the desert heat were also on point. Perfectly seasoned and hot and fresh out of the fryer. So delicious.
The Loaded Fries were hot and fresh and topped with plenty of melted cheese and bacon bits. Like, these are the best loaded wedges I've ever gotten at a B Dubs. We usually get carryout, but I forgot how good the food is when it's hot and freshly prepared.
I was kind of surprised this was so good, and I'd for sure return again to this specific location. Service was excellent and friendly, everything came out fast and was made with care. Thanks, everyone at the downtown location - you all need a bonus!

I live downtown and for some reason the older guy that waits at the front door at night is constantly trying to deny people entry at 9:30/10:00 pm. If you close at 11 how are you not letting people in an hour and a half prior to closing?
The food here fell a bit short of my expectations; I've certainly savored better meals in the past. However, my experience was not without its merits—the service was decent, and I have no complaints on that front. I found myself pleasantly swaying to the delightful melodies that filled the air, adding a lovely ambiance to the restaurant.

Food was solid but they got my wings wrong and forgot my water! And I don't have time to check because the parking is obnoxious and impossible (Risk getting ticketed for $ lot for 3 min pick-up, otherwise pay $10 USD just to pick up an order)

The fact that a tip is already on your bill, is wild.... we were a party of 2. Ridiculous that there was an automatic tip applied to the total bill.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered delivery over two hours ago. The door dasher never delivered the food. We called the restaurant as instructed and no one answered. We were on hold the entire drive to BWW. When we get to the restaurant- still on hold with them, they offer little to no help. They had to remake the order and the. They made it WRONG! We have had terrible luck with this restaurant before but today was beyond unacceptable. Absolutely do not order delivery. From this place- your food will be stolen or Hal eaten before it gets to you. Order take out at your own risk- they consistently get it wrong. We’re absolutely done with this restaurant. The atrocious service is unacceptable.
