I stood at the counter for a solid 8 minutes, the only person in line mind you, and the employees did their best not to even make eye contact with me. I'm on a 30 minute lunch, so no lunch for me today. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place like it's the plague!!

The burger King at 13600 west mcnichols Detroit MI, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO EAT THERE, I ordered food last night 8/9/2025 the food was cold, old from sitting, over cooked and missing food and drinks, so we called and finally got through today got it replaced but when this order got delivered the bag was wide no stickers hold it shut, missing food again and all drinks so we called the guy manager (that he claimed he was) was rude and said it wasn't his problem and hung up so then we called back got a lady manager she put us on hold but all u cam hear was all the employees n managers horse playing n joking around and hung up the phone and kept it off the hook, they are rude as hell I would never go back to burger King

I sat in line for 30 minutes before I ordered today . When I pulled to the speaker the lady said I’ll take your order at the window. . I said okay . Once I get to the first window. No one is at the window . So I pull to the second window and I see two females talking to each other . Not once did anyone come to the window and say anything . It took another 10 minutes . Once she came to take my order she had the weirdest attitude like she was sitting in the car for hour waiting to order . Even if they’re short staffed please get better with customer service . Fast food restaurants always have an attitude. When she opened the drive thru window , all I could hear is one of the workers signing and another laughing . People kept working back in forth but not helping . Please do better Burger King . I wish I knew the manager name but it’s not on my receipt .

Best Burger King I’ve had in a while. It was really surprising, given it’s so close to the hospital. You can tell the workers deal with a lot of BS but still remain professional and respectful.

Came here to eat with my family tonight between 6:30pm and 7 and the GM Deeanna is absolutely amazing!!!!! Best BK I have had in years!!!!!! She knows how to keep these employees moving!!!! The only.down fall was no salt... other than that perfect absolutely perfect. So fresh!!!! They were packed inside and out and she handled everything so well!!!! Definitely my new favorite BK

Customer Service Was Terrible, Needs To Hire Older Employees With People Skills. My Main Problem Was With Who They Had On The Speaker Taking Orders, She Was Very Unprofessional And Seemed As If She Had A Attitude When Asked Simple Questions.
