I moved from The other side of town and my Foster son loves their burgers that’s the only thing that takes me to this place and I refuse to go you were in line 45 minutes or more absolutely awful then the order wrong … makes u wanna crash out

They have such a bad attitude when they greet u ... u rule lol then wen I asked for a refund the police was called. Now they unqualified to give the refund. Now im wait for a qualified manager to issues me a refund 😢 Police said wait here until them ... pay U. He the Qualified manager and whole hr of time n gas wasted.

5am. Here to pick up Uber eats. 3 items 35 minutes... why are they even open if everyone in the store is incompetent? Get rid of everyone on the overnight shift.. they are all terrible

Would not give me my drink. Told me to drive around and sit in the line and wait for my drink after they forgot to give it to me out the drive-thru window. Inside was closed. These employees are ignorant and incapable of delivering any level of decent service. They are exactly where they belong. Good luck to the store manager or should I say manager of this Menagerie. Little old lady lived in a shoe, only had one car at the window and couldn't figure out what to do.

I ordered a two for one chicken sandwich through Uber eats and the 40 piece nuggets that is supposed to came with to fries. I was double charged for both sandwiches and the nugget package did not come with the fries so altogether my order ended up running over $60and there’s no way to complain about this through Uber, but this is also the fault of the store, not properly addressing how a package items or build them. I am getting sick of people that want jobs but don’t do them and the customers are the ones that pay the price.

Bought 8 items and 6 were hot. Everthing expect the whopper was cold. Worked in fast food bro I know this is not how it’s supposed to work. The woman at the drive thru window seemed upset we asked for our drink remade cuz it had no syrup. This place blows.

This place is horrible, I’m always missing something and if they have promos on DoorDash they never honor them, this is the second time I’ve ordered a buy 1 get 1 and don’t get my free one, fix your staff
