Everytime I go to this restaurant it's always a very long wait since it reopened and for some reason I can never get what I want before yesterday I wanted a original chicken sandwich which at that time I was told they didn't have any, so I gave them a second chance yesterday I go to get the chicken sandwich I ordered it from the app I have a burger king gift card from my job I attempted to use it which I had to wait for the manager so when she finally comes ovr she states they can't accept the gift card because it's not working I had just seen her do 1 2 customers before me they were busy also so I'm assuming she couldn't handle the rush and was frustrated. I'm going to say this if you go to work with an attitude not wanting to do ur job properly please find another job or stop wanting to manage anything because you're not manage material!!!!

It has been about four years since I tasted the " Whopper ". And the menu is flexible to the average customer.
Vegetarian options: I would think salad, fried potatoes, pancake, what ever your taste demands accordingly.
I have this location several tries over the course of a year, but each time I left frustrated and disappointed. The food is fine but the workers are the slowest on the planet. Regardless of the time of day, it how many people are in front of me, it takes 45 minutes to get a meal that costs the same as a sit-down restaurant. I don't know if the employees just don't know how to move faster, but I can tell you for certain that they don't care to. I seriously don't know how this location is still open. I suggest anyone to go any other location besides this one, unless you have 45 min to spend waiting on "fast food".
This Burger King is the worst Burger King on the West side of Detroit. They are slow. I waited in line for over 45 minutes. Almost an hour until I finally decided to ask for my money back. They are not friendly. They are not cordial. They are not considerate. This place is the worst when Burger King's closed up due to COVID. That place should have stayed closed.

On break for lunch has 30 minutes. Ordered fish sandwich combo no fries but onion rings. Waited 15 minutes for order. Got to work and the fish was cooked so long that it was almost black and the bun was burned. Had to go back to the store and show the manger my order and how it was prepared. He immediately asked if I still wanted it and fixed me a fresh fish sandwich. I couldn't get upset bc he was so nice but what I don't understand is why the person who prepared my order thought it was ok to service burned food. My question is.. would you eat it and be happy knowing that you spent your hard earned dollars for it. Serve customers the same as you would like to be served. It wasn't cool. I had to drive bad to the store losing time on the clock. I'm really unsure if I'll get food from that spot again. 7 mile/Greenfield 🤢🤮
