Horrible customer service! Waited 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Employees making food were not wearing gloves. Store was filthy. Manager had an attitude problem. Employees standing around chit chatting while 15 people stood waiting in lobby for food. I even had an issue getting a refund.
Food was good although they were out of tater tots but gave fries instead
Service is horrible i ordered 2 whopper jr no mayo the girl I'll bring it out to you I say there almost 30 minutes I had to walk up to the window she finally gave me my food and it was wrong how to you mess up 2 sandwiches and you had 30 minutes and all you had to do was not put mayo on it this a horrible experience and I won't be going back to that BK ever again and she didn't give me a receipt so I can't complain she knew what she was doing

I ordered on the app and when I picked it up everything went well. The cashier was nice and friendly, she gave me my food that was hot and delicious.
I went to get an Impossible Whopper in the evening. It was on the dry side. It's a little disappointing.
They are very slow and inconsiderate of it's customers the bathroom is not clean an the door stays locked where u can not get in u have to go around to the other side because water leaks from the roof when it rains and leaves a big puddle

Terrible service waited to even pick up my food and when I got there I was almost hit by another car in the drive thru. Then when I finally got up to the speaker in the drive thru I was asked to wait. I waited for more than 20 mins before someone came onto the speaker and I had already ordered through the bk app. So I was being nice giving them time to make my order prior to me making it to them. But when I talked to the girl on the speaker she proceeded to try to tell me to come inside and got yelled at by the manager on the speaker which me and my husband both heard. That is very unprofessional! When we talked to the girl at the first window she opened the window asked how we were doing today, and then started naming off an order and when both my husband and I said no more than 3 times that was not our order she finally listened to us to get the name for the mobile order. After that she asked us to wait we waited more than 20 to 25 mins to even pull up to the second window. When we got up to that window we were then told to wait at the front door due to the fact that they did not have any fresh chicken fries made. When the worker brought our food to the car. She was very rude had a nasty attitude and when asked about my order was just not very nice to what is supposed to be your customer!!!!! WHY!!!!! Then when I got home which I live less than 5 minutes down the road to eat my food I not only had the wrong sauces. But my whopper Jr. Was not supposed to have mayo on it due to the fact I HAVE A MAYO ALLERGY! I asked for no mayo, an extra beef patty which was not on there, light tomatoes, etc. on my burger it was covered in mayo. My chicken fries when told they were supposed to be fresh were cold. My honey mustard sauce was not in the bag at all they just gave me any sauce they wanted too which happened to be sweet and sour which I only asked for that for one of my chicken fries. Ranch for the other and honey mustard for the third chicken fries I ordered. In all honesty this restaurant should definitely be running better! If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! YOU DONT LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OR READ THE SCREEN PROPERLY! LEARN TO DO BETTER! LUCKY FOR ME I HAD MY EPI PEN THIS RESTAURANT COULD HAVE KILLED ME TONIGHT FOR NEGLECTING TO READ!
I ordered my food at 7:50 and didn’t receive it until 8:40 . I ordered 2 chicken wraps which I was charged 11.78 for because the cashier kept ringing me up wrong . I also ordered a 7 dollar trio which she also rung up wrong . After they got my order wrong they took an extra 30 mins to get it right . The manager Tamika didn’t even offer me reimbursement for the 2.99 chicken wraps that I got charge 11.78 for not even a courtesy drink . The employees also was not apologetic for their Mistakes. And you’ll think all the time I waited my food would be fresh but it wasn’t so there’s that . The store honestly could’ve stayed closed down. Management and the employees are not professional at all and very nasty attitudes

Worst one yet every time I come I don’t get my right order or missing food I paid for this time I do by get my onion rings and my honey mustard for my chicken fries it clearly say on receipt that I still have them takes them over 15 minutes to give your order n food is cold I’m tired of getting cheated out my food
The did something to my food this morning. The bun was soggy like it was rubbed in something. I immediately threw everything in the trash
I purchased a whopper inside location that I waited 35 minutes for due to door dash/online orders being top priority and due to them being backed up. I must say it was well worth the wait! It was freshly made , hot , condiments fresh .Everything was how I imagined it to be ! Best whopper I ever had ! Never had fast food hot to the touch ! Thank you Burger King staff you guys deserve to be recognized for your effort and service!
Me and my family waited for 30 minutes for our order and we were really hungry!
