This is POSSIBLY THE WORST Burger King I've ever been to (and I've been to a few). Employees have a terrible attitude. The food is never what you ask for. One day, as I was waiting for ANYONE to say something at the drive thru speaker, a man comes out the back of the building to smoke. He noticed me and said, "The manager's not here, so you'll have to come back in ca hour." At some point, this joint needs to close... PERMANENTLY!!!!!!!

So when I was on Doordash, I was looking for a restaurant in the area that was possibly affordable. Burger King was the first that came to mind. Unfortunately the prices on the menu here are ridiculously high!!. Like I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I had to wipe my eyes and make sure the app was updated. Like how is a small fry, a small burger and some apple sauce for a kid almost 10dollars? Like seriously? But when u go under they website online the prices are totally different and a lot cheaper. I honestly don’t know what to believe here.I see there’s a lot of bad reviews and I can see why now. Im glad I didn’t waste my time. I’ve been to other burger kings and never seen something so high. I’ll have to pass on it.

This has THE WIRST EXPERIENCE I have ever experienced with a fast food worker. The manager "Donna". Totally disrespectful. When I told her I was calling corporate said "Ok"!!! So I did spoke to Kristen at corporate. The horrible part is that the one on 6 mile is like a land mine holes all over the parking lot. The store manager is great but this manager needs help. Remember you have no job without us as patrons. I cannot WAIT for this district manager to call. Everyone we pay for hard earned money to these places we should get what we ask for. It is truly said and pathetic.

This is one of the worst Burger King restaurants in Detroit...first of all their hardly ever open they spend more time close then doing business how do I know...I live down the street... surprised they were open today so I stopped got 2 Chicken Sandwich's with cheese & extra mayo...my order was $9...there was no cheese on either sandwich or extra mayonnaise...so I look up the phone number to call & complain & guess what...I get a recording that the wireless customer I called isn't taking calls...Wow this is their business line number...wonder who owns this store they should be ashamed of the service . People spend hard earned ? in these restaurants only not to get what they order or someone else order...I will not be going here again this is the second time my order was wrong & I can't take it. So if you decide to stop here you've been warned ?

I wa there at 830 with kids in car no one came to window to take my order! It’s someone there but they are not taking orders it always something at this Burger King not coming back!
I would love to give 0 stars. What happened to BK being have it your way or at least be considerate of your customers. I ordered a meal with cheese. They didn’t give me cheese then said get back in line if you want to pay for cheese. I ordered cheese! They said we can’t help you come back tomorrow for if you want to discuss a refund or get your order right with a a manager. Wouldn’t it be easier for you to care and fix my order. What if this was you? How would you want to be treated? They only take care of 1 car at a time so the wait is always so long. They like to play like don’t pull to the window yet so the timer doesn’t start and show that you sat here 30 minutes waiting. How am I supposed to get back in that slow line to get my order fixed and I haven’t pulled from the window and told you it was wrong as soon as you gave it to me. Don’t go here. The ladies were so rude and mean.

Who ever is the DM of this location who ever is on you opening shift at this location is not at work opening the store and should be fired. This is a recurring problem at your detroit locations. If your employees clocking in time says otherwise they are lying and committing fraud as is your burger King locations by posting your business hours as open at 7am. There are no employees present at this building even by 8:30AM. This recurring problem should be fixed be for a law suit is filed for fraud and false advertisement.
