Waited in line forever just to get cold food. Exactly 17 minutes. We spent close to $16. We specifically asked atleast 2x's for our food to be made fresh. My husband asked for fresh food and I asked. The fries were the only item hot. Old fish, old meat, and nuggets. I called up to the store and asked that my food be replaced. This is the only positive thing I can say... the manager didn't give an attitude and someone did answer the phone the 1st time.

The staff at the window was great! Ordered the food and payment was smooth. There was one car at the pick-up window.Then I waited. Not sure if the car in front had a large order but I waited 5 - 7 minutes. Finally I see another staff member bring multiple orders at once.When I did get my burger it was cold. The condiments were fresh but the burger was lukewarm at best. The cheese wasn't melted.It was disappointing to say the least.

I tried to place an order for the number 1 Sausage Croissant meal which comes with hash browns and a coffee ,before I could completed my order I was informed that they did not have hashbrowns this is on Wednesday Jan. 18th.I was up sold on the 2 for $5 Croissant sandwich dealwhich meal and I requested since there was no substitution for hashbrowns that I could get a small coffee.I was then informed that they could not do that and that there was no substitutions and that if I don't place an order that I could leave and I was told multiple times that I could not place an order.Cold world , poor service. Especially at the uptick in cost if I'm willing to pay there's gotta be something that we can work out.I chose to not place an order, I was not comfortable with what would have been done to my meal and I guess it just wasn't the experience that I was looking for for Burger King.

Terrible terrible terrible.... They didnt have nothing I wanted! The lady who took my order had a nasty attitude. No frozen lemonade, No frozen coke, no spicy nuggets. Wanted to charge me over $2 for a medium size drink... I guess the large would be over $3.00! Nuggets and a drink would of been $4.22?!!! So I asked for a $4 whopper jr. meal that total $4.24. And she got mad at me because i forgot to say jr. at the end of my order... THE SERVICE AND STOCK SUCKS!!! ❗UPDATE 12/01/22❗, 2 medium pops cost $6.38????

I ordered today through the drive thru what I thought was a really simple order. I had a coupon for 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. I asked that tomatoes and onions be added. I also asked for 2 cheeseburgers. I waited at the first window like I was asked to do and I was told my order was being made fresh. After 5 minutes of waiting and the customers behind me blowing their horns, I was finally told to pull up to the 2nd window to retrieve my order. It was a heavy bag so I figured the order was correct. I figured wrong!!!! The chicken sandwiches were not fresh, the lettuce was wilted and disgusting. The chicken sandwiches were also missing the added tomatoes and onions that I had requested. I was charged an additional. 50 cents per sandwich for the tomatoes. Instead of 2 cheeseburgers being received like I ordered, I received 2 bacon cheeseburgers, although I was charged for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 additional medium fries which I did not receive. At the first window when I paid I questioned the amount of the order. The employee said it was because of the addition of the tomatoes which I didn't receive anyway! I always have had bad experiences at this BK location but I keep trying to give them a chance because they located in my neighborhood. Well, today was the last straw! I will never patronize this BK location again!!!

Negative stars should be an option. I've been managing for 26yrs. This is absolutely the worst exp in my life. Menu board not up to date, product not available, nonchalant service from everyone on the shift, not one smile, not one thank you and this was all before I was given cold food and a hot drink. When I requested a refund I was told they can't, don't and won't do one. The manager left me sitting at the window as they served the guest behind me. She proceeded to stand in the window as I callef 911. They stood around as I sat their for over 15-20 min before she came back and asked for my receipt to process my refund. When I asked for the GM named she said she didn't know it and closed the window in my face. I will be contacting corporate even thought I know this is obviously a poorly ran franchise.

Awful service for the last 5 years. I grew up in the area and its sad to see the service decrease tremendously! Its always an argument about freshness or if old fries have been recooked. This location needs to close down and restructured from management down to team members.

Look, we all know that not every fast food place can be awesome. This is one of those places. I've been here a few times before and it's just this location.Today the floors were so sticky I literally thought I was going to get glued to the floor. It started as soon as I walked in, all the way through the register area, up until the lobby part. Clearly, no one has mopped in quite some time here.Secondly, the area where the fountain pop is seemed awfully bare. It was clean, but there wasn't any napkins, straws, ketchup or anything. Are people stealing? Are they cheap and trying to ration their stock to keep prices low? We shall never know.My order was filled correctly, but the guy charged me an extra $1.30 compared to the menu price behind the register. I asked him why. He stated that it was due to the cheese upcharge. I got it with cheese, but realized later he had also upsized me the drink and fries. I would have Preferred a medium, but hey, we can't win them all.I never really pay attention to this sort of stuff, but the music was kind of jamming in here. Not concert loud, but loud enough that it was pretty hard to ignore. The lobby area was large, but had hardly any seats in it. They had the ones attached to the wall and a few tables in the center but gave off a really empty feel.Overall, I really don't like this location. There's plenty of fast food in this area to choose from and I would rather go to the Wendy's down the street where it seems to be a much better environment. Overall, we only come here because we are desperate and hungry

??‍♀️Complete Trash! Hugely dissatisfied❗️I definitely DO NOT recommend , wasting your time going here. I went Sunday morning and they had absolutely No food ‼️The only thing they could sell was French toast and hash browns.. but I hope you like them without ketchup, because they’re out of that as well!I’m not sure what was going on, but they should of just closed the doors completely until they were operate as a normal establishment.
