Great view that kept me inspired while I worked. I visited for their Friendsgiving event and the staff made me a Hibiscus Tea the way she liked it and it was AH-mazing. I will definitely be back to have that again. I'm hoping Tunde from Peloton visits the Detroit location soon. That is one of my bucket list items. I she speaks and hosts events at the cafes.

I was having trouble with my phone service and was advised to check with my bank. Mark was phenomenal! He was SO patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Mark helped me for over 2 hours trying to solve my dilemma. Thankfully the situation was resolved after going back to my phone service. The coffee IS really good. However, I waited almost a half an hour for it because you find it more necessary for you guys to have FOUR door greeters than to have more than one barista. She did her absolute best, and I'm not mad about that but your system of having FOUR door greeters and just one person taking and making orders for a line that goes to the door makes 0 sense. I will not be back because of this.

I am a senior, not computer savy, a Angel in wings helped me was so patient and humble. Mia you rock. Dior took great care of me, you rock. Love capital one, the customer service i received from the young women working their was top notch. My only complaint is that there is no parking, sometimes I want to deposit money real quick and leave. The last time I visited I got parking ticket, I have recently opened a Huntington Bank account to use while Im in michigan and ohio just to avoid the parking

CapitalOne fraudulently provides promotions, including that of their shopping browser extension. Then, when it comes time to pay the promotion out they don't. I shopped at the coffee shop and earned the rewards they required, but they did not provide the reward bonus. Then, customer service Edgar did not help appease the situation. Avoid CapitalOne at ALL costs.

Imari was so polite and professional her concierge communication with me was very nice. She also took her time out and gave me a tour of the Cafe. I am a downtown edible vendor and Capital One Cafe is the place to be for business people. The atmosphere there is so pleasant. There’s so many good things I can say by the way I get good Mochas there also Highly recommended

I'm new to Capital One and needed some advice on how to work on my credit and that's when Jamaica came in to advise me. She was wonderful, excellent employee and very knowledgeable. She even offer me a drink on the house. Service was excellent!

The bakery items are prepackaged but the coffee is fresh and the staff is very nice. Great place to relax and play a couple games on a date or with a coworker. I recommend their seasonal drinks!

Not really a bank branch, no privacy whatsoever to sign up for an account etc. they will give you a free coffee though. If you want a capital one bank account, you are better off doing it in the privacy of your own home, but do yourself a favor and pass on this bs company unwilling to pay for proper kyc terminals at its “bank” locations..
