A beautiful spot for coffee. Also, the service and hospitality on a cold Thanksgining evening is absolutely profoundly splendid. Jolly good, too!

No one working when we came in...
Nice digs. Attentive staff. But a coffee shop this is not. Unless push button coffee is your jam. Or even a jam. Which opens up a multitude of other questions. Namely, what qualifies as a coffee shop? I have a push button espresso maker at home...
Want good coffee in downtown Detroit? Look no further than Madcap.
cute little coffee shop! their coffee was really good! i had the cinnamon latte, and you can really taste the cinnamon. the coffee did not have any burnt/bitter taste, it was very rich. i would definitely stop by again!

Capper & Capper is a fantastic choice for a quick and convenient grab-and-go breakfast.
While staying at the David Whitney Hotel, I had the pleasure of being helped by Dominique, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about all the complimentary breakfast options. The service was efficient, the selection was great, and the overall experience was seamless. If you're looking for a no-frills, hassle-free breakfast with excellent customer service, this is the place to go.
I’ll definitely be returning!
