Service is terrible.. Took a hr - a hr & a half to get my food multiple times. Do not go here if you are in a rush. Food isn't even that great out of all captain js this is the worst 1.

The place was a little dirty, with stuff on the floor also only one guy was working on the counter so one person took about 5-8 minutes to take care of each person. While I was in the store waiting, 5 people were also waiting behind me, I called in the order at least 30 minutes before and I still had to wait 10 minutes when I came into the store. I get 8 piece leg and thigh, the chicken was juicy, good food just need to improve on the staff.
