The Food was Good! Service was good! The wait was a little Longer Then I expected! BUT.....OVER ALL NO PROBLEMS! I WILL RETURN!

It took me about 45 minutes to get my food they just seem like they was confused and didn't know what they was doing or either they didn't care I'm not trying to down the restaurant because my family eats there a lot but maybe just this particular day or the particular one I went to I will still visit the facility just not the one I went to it just didn't seem like it was organized or managed well.

Terrible customer service.
I was just in this place on Friday and while waiting on my food. The cook drop a chicken wing on the floor. And seconds later the manager he picks it up and puts in the fryer like I wasn't standing there. I won't be back here again.....

Called to place my order o er the phone and the young lady was very rude talking in the background and when I gave my name the last she was talking to in the background said what she say like I was lying about my name. Everyone that works in these captain jays are very damn rude. Hate this places.
