The food is excellent but when it comes for the people that is a little and needing help they used to help but now all of a sudden they are letting them starve now

Called in my order for the manager special. Still had to wait over 30 minutes for my food when I got there. Then, when I got my food, the chicken was not cooked all the way through, and they gave me a small fry instead of a large that had been overcooked. I didn't realize it until I had got home over 30 minutes away, and when I called, I was told they didn't replace or do refunds. Never again.
