I went 2 order me & my brother some food. When I walked in it had a dog/cat smell & the appearance of the inside is bad.It took them awhile 2 take my order even tho I was the ONLY ONE in THERE!! For as long as it took them to give me the order and the price of it I feel like NOTHING should've been missing but it was & I only ordered 2meals????. I didn't find out until after I drove home so I wasn't about 2 go back up there &waste more of my time &gas on them & the food that I had was bland so I didn't eat it. A Total Waste of Money❗ I just know that I will NEVER go back or order anything else from them.Parking: They have a SMALL parking lot that is free for customers.

Horrible customer service...we listened for over 10 minutes a older lady personal conversation then when she finally is ready to take out order she is past distracted can't remember what w just asked for outside nasty looking I see why it's onharper and Chalmers I'm just waiting for the place to close down due to horrible service and food... .... Will I come back when it's under new management employees and cleaned up an pass health inspection ?

They charged me Double. I ordered $20 worth of food. They charged my card $53.56. I truly believe they hope I didn't notice. But God forgives, so do I. Kenneka the manager should've handled it better.

I wanted to get the whiting combo. I guess you have to name each item you want because I received 4 pieces of fish and a Coke but no fries. I was definitely confused when I received my order but I wasn’t about to pay for a separate order of fries. This has only happened at this location.
