I would give them a zero, I sat in line for 30 minutes called my order in and got to the window and they said they were closing not taking anymore orders. It was 11:19pm when I called it in 11:45 pm when I got to the window. Unprofessional and rude. They need to close!!

the store is very dirty & very nasty! not only did I have to come inside of this establishment and see the environment I asked for a refund due to me having to come inside because my food was very cold. all of the employees are GUYS and they were yelling at me like I wasn’t a female. Very unprofessional & very disturbing! I will not be back! This is terrible and I refuse to get treated this way or get my food cold and not fresh! I called my order in at 12:10, I got there at 12:19pm 9 mins and they was yelling at me saying of course my food was not hot it’s been waiting for 9 minutes. He redip my food and thought I wouldn’t notice. please don’t come here!Dietary restrictions: Very nasty

Placed an order and Dasher waited an hour and a half. They are rude and so unprofessional. They needyo br shut down. They are not trained properly. So disappointed!!!

If I could give this place a negative 5 , I would. I don't know what's wrong with the cashier with the braids but she acts like someone is sleeping with her man. They are always late with the food( even when you call it in) and give you attitude when you ask, " what's going on?". DO NOT go here, if you want hot, good food without the attitude. 2 Hours for a 10 piece is crazy, so I got my money-back and I will never step foot in that ghetto, dirty, rude place again. Change the staff before this place get shut down. Health department is on notice. Have a good dayKid-friendliness: Not kid or adult friendly.

Ordered for my husband who is in the area working he walked over too pick up his food and they said he had too go through the drive thru the dining area was closed. I called and they told me the same thing so i explained he came on foot and it’s not safe to be standing in the lane with cars after 20 minutes they decided to bring his food out the front after having to remake it because they food had been sitting for over 40 minutes
