I wish I looked at the Google reviews instead of the reviews on Uber Eats! My fish sandwich was cold and taste like it was a school lunch from the 80’s. The wing dings weren’t cooked as requested, and the fries taste like they had been sitting in grease then cooked again, and left sitting out.

If I can rate zero I would rate zero.Because I ordered a catfish dinner Saturday and when I got home and ate it they had done double dip the fish and the fries was cold the fish was greasy. And I was been sick for 4 days. Is that the way you supposed to treat your customers? The only thing was good was the coleslaw. That's why I rated the food one star only for the coleslaw. And they need to start having supervisors there when in the evening or on the weekends when they're busy supervising them how to cook and serve.

The Assistant manager was very rude and disrespectful and he didn’t give me and my family food and it wasn’t crispy like it supposed to be to be from LaShawn Mathis Terrell Dinkins big cousin

I only had one order #4 came with 5 wings, fries, pop, roll and coleslaw. Well I felt the bag and assumed it was coleslaw but it was hot sauce how do you get 1 order WRONG? it's sad because a lot of places are going out of business, we don't have to wonder why. They ask you to patronize the neighborhood, and this is what you get. Are people so dissatisfied with their jobs that they just don't care? I even tipped.

Got a 5 piece leg & thigh.
Only $5.99, it was hot and tasted good. Didn't like the lemonade-kool-aid though.

They almost forgot one of the side sauces, and the 2nd person behind the counter was like, "Don't forget the bbq sauce to her coworker" which i greatly appreciate making sure my order is right.

Every time I visit this store they never cook my chicken the way I order which is well cooked. I order the same thing almost every day but yet they insist on giving customers old chicken that has been sitting there. And when you make a complaint they don't acknowledge their mistakes... Most of the time the meat is partially raw
