If your training folks you as a manager shouldn't be losing patience in front of customers otherwise food was hot good job young women and men that work midday shift around 3pm

I didn’t want to rate it that. My order wasn’t correct and the phone doesn’t work. How do I even get my money back for things that’s not on my order?

If I could give 0 stars I would…. Whoever was on drive thru the night of 7-9-24 is very rude and unprofessional and was talking about the customers calling them mfs and so on and having a attitude with me when placing my order which I decided to leave…. I prefer going into places to grab my food but they always allow the dirty crackheads to linger inside and be all up in customers faces begging for money… DO BETTER!!!!!

This establishment shouldn’t even be allowed to serve food. Employees are rude and disrespectful. How do you read an order back to a customer , charge them, and still manage to get the order incorrect??? I wouldn’t recommend this food :restaurant to a homeless individual. Pathetic and ghetto at its best.

Not friendly service. Too many damn feathers. Old grease smell and taste. I'll stick with my Taylor store. Only stopped to ensure chicken was hot. We'll eat cold chicken.

Horrible!!! I ordered online, went in to pick up...some other people were already complaining about there order taking a while and they called in ahead of time. Once someone finally asked me did i already ordered I said yes. They asked the names I gave my name and she said it's not here, are you sure this is where you ordered, I said yes. I stated I ordered online, she stated, "see that's where y'all be messing up" I said how's that?? She walked away without saying anything else...I stood by for about another 15 minutes, assuming they were preparing my order...already having ordered online 30 plus minutes prior, and the app assured me that my food was done...it was not. They workers were rude, and not mindful of the customers waiting. They were more caught up in dancing and voting on who were better artists in a particular genre as opposed to making food and taking care of the customers. On top of that the okra ordered was overcooked while the catfish which turned out to be swai cat was ok, hence the 2 stars...but not good enough to earn any higher. The atmosphere was not conducive of a good business, it was to much debauchery and was not very clean inside. I will not repay this Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken another visit...once here was more than enough!

Stopped in yesterday for a combo because I wanted some fish. I just didn't know I was going to be served fish and shrimp so cold I should of been provided a fish tank so I could of kept my seafood alive. Even the fries were cold and not like waited to serve cold. Still frozen in the middle cold. The health department needs to get with these folks immediately before they knock off a community with their deadly food practices.
