Went through the drive through on3/13/24 waited 35 minutes in line got my food was half done came back 10 minutes later and they said they don’t give refund I didn’t pay with Ebt I paid on my debit card and I was late for another appointment took my receipt and said they would make it another day and when I called the don’t have my receipt will never spend my money there again ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ the customer service is horrible

This location is horrible. The times that we have been and order here some always go wrong. The drive-through is the worst. It's as if their employees have hearing issues. You give them your order, you repeat your order, and then they get it ALL WRONG, they always leave something out from your order. And we you address it with the staff they are rude about it.

Things started a bit rocky because of communication issues, but my order was made nice and fresh and the issue was fixed. Overall the workers here are in a tough neighborhood, but they are doing their best.

Went there for a wing dinner because I was in the area. The wings were old and hard and I could barely chew them. I thru them away because I stay too far to have taken them back. Everything else was just okay. I definitely won't be back. One time and done.
