Horrible customer service.. food is ok.
I don't understand why i come to captain jays at 9:30 and they close at 11:00 pm and all they have left is chicken this is not professional if that was that was the case they should be closed I watched 5 cars pull off ... And the cashier had a nasty attitude

I arrived BEFORE they closed. I was denied service. I’ll be following up with corporate tomorrow. Unacceptable.
They have good service but they don't give you dressing for your food or napkins

I'm from atlanta, but detroit is my home away from home.. when I was there last week, I tasted some of the best damn fried chicken that I ever tasted! Whenever I come to town, I'm going to always have some captain Jay's chicken and fries!??????
