Very rude lady.....she says she's the manager... on 3-26 2024 at noon she basically cussed me out and hung up....lol lady don't be mad cause you flipping chicken....get my order right....it's simple....if you didnt want to flip chicken today you should have stayed home ?

First time coming back here in years since I changed my diet to live healthier.. but it was so good.. I remember when this franchise location first opened up.. it used to be a Popeyes restaurant across the street on the other side of Meyers.. within six months, that Popeyes was out of business ?? it was like The Chambers Brothers in Detroit during the 1980's ???

I gave them a 3 star because everyone has a bad day. But they need to change their oil and improve their customer service. At this location they are generally nice but it is going downhill fast. I did not check my order because they normally take care of my family. I stopped going to KFC that was near my home because of the value and it was freshly cooked. There are things I overlooked but I am just disappointed that they are in our neighborhoods treating us this way. Hopefully they will make some changes before they lose business like the Popeyes that was across the street that is now closed.

Young dumb girl at the register with rainbow braids is rude and shouldn’t be at the counter, I came to pick up my order (1-12-24) which was $22 gave her $100 bill she gave it right back and said she don’t have change very nastily, I Left my order and didn’t come back we are in the middle of a snowstorm, I am not going to get change. I happily took my hundred dollar bill somewhere else! You are a business you should have change u sound absolutely ridiculous I will not be returning.
