Not real Mediterranean Expanded -Everything ran smooth line was long but fast my opinion is those deep flavors you get from a real Mediterranean restaurant just aren’t there. I’d compare it to the difference between Taco Bell and authentic Mexican food. Even as a quick bite, it’s just not there. For a $17 bowl, you could easily find a real Mediterranean spot with lunch specials that come with fresh bread and garlic the pita bread was 6$ and not fresh like a nice family restaurant

Called to ask if the meat they served was halal, the woman on the phone says no. I asked, none of it? No. I said, well…this is a Mediterranean place… she says, actually it’s Greek.
Huh?? HUH??? the shawarma, falafel, and harissa on your menu are all Greek??? Within spitting distance of Dearborn no less? Truly flabbergasted. We all know “Mediterranean restaurant” means Middle Eastern/Levant Arab cuisine in the states. We all also know falafel, harissa, and shawarma are not Greek. What?? Why did she treat the question or the confusion like it wasn’t reasonable? Her tone was so rude, like I was wasting her time and breath. What a poor first impression.

Quite honestly this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a “fast food” restaurant. From the staff to the WELL seasoned food. It has brought out a moment with in me that reminds me of the good ole days. Ya know…The days when kids used to play outside. The lamb is to die for. By die I mean deceased and brought back to life. Plus their head wraps are so cute. Like where can I buy one? Canva head wrap merch?? Gimme 14 of them

I personally want to state that this was one of the best mediterranean meals i’ve had since living downtown Detroit. I travel around to different restaurants downtown and one thing that it was missing was affordable, delicious food. On top of that, the atmosphere in the dine in area is very much so aesthetically pleasing. the staff was overly friendly & very much so inviting while exposing the menu which helped create a very delicious bowl.

Line was super long but the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma Bowl was definitely worth the wait. Prices aren't too bad if you stick to chicken based bowls. You can add items to your bowl without paying additional cost to the base price. Also this place could use more seating for the amount of unused space it contains.

i ordered a bowl for delivery and they forgot half of the ingredients, and somehow added random menu items too. i also ordered the pita bread and did not get it. some people genuinely need to be unemployed cuz how does this even happen
