Tisa helped me find my way through cava as a semi new cava fan, I didn’t know that my bowl was missing pita crisp and garlic sauce. My bowl was perfect she was patient and explained everything I asked about and even let me sample what ever I wanted. That’s what customer service looks like.
A new kid on the block, Cava, located on the Woodward strip in downtown Detroit offers high-quality food at affordable prices. TBH it’ll probably take you a few times to truly perfect your order, I recommend looking up the menu beforehand. If you frequent sweet greens a lot-its menu is pretty much similar. It’s usually crowded with plenty of traffic inside and out. Don’t let that deter you. They’re fairly quick and it’s worth the wait. The staff is respectful and nice...
