This is by far, the best place to have goat birria tatemada estilo Jalisco!!!! The place is no longer called Centro botanero, it's called El Gordo's Birria. It only opens Saturday and Sunday and it's always packed!!! I know birria is a trending dish nowadays but everybody makes it with beef which is fine but I love the flavor of the goat birria!!! The dish is served with handmade tortillas and a special homemade made hot sauce that only enhances the flavor of the birria!!! I'm salivating just by telling you all!!! Delicious!!! Gordo's menudo is also a great choice. You have got to go!!!
