I love the food but the service is absolutely terrible. Every time I order a large milkshake I’m given a medium. Any time I modify an item they charge me but ignore the modification. As someone who’s cooked professionally for 12 years I am typically pretty lenient but after the same place repeatedly messes up my order (that’s not even complicated) I’m quite appalled. You should use your money elsewhere because this place will rob you every time.

This has to e the worst checkers, trying to get some fries... They ignore the speaker wishing customers disappear. Customer service isn't for everyone.

I ordered three loaded Bufords and a medium fry first they forgot the fry when I got home it was only two loaded. Buford had to go back up there to get my order plus they don't give receipts.

So we drove in and this line was EMPTY like only us was there. Then we made our usual orders. The $4 meal deal with a burger and a large nerds slushie at the time they didn't have no slushies so we ordered no drink with that order and a Big Buford. Price was affordable. Then we pulled up and paid. No customers can come in. Basically its like a Dairy Queen. We didn't walk up to the register. We drove and we didn't check the Atmosphere. Food was good. Service was good.
