Just got home with my order from this location. Is it normal to have the end of a onion on your burger? Ordered from that fine AI technology drive thru robot. Asked for cheese on my burgers got none no mayo on them either. Checker fries were woefully short of fries. The only bright spot was I ordered a 4 piece cheesestick and got a large. Other than that bit of fortunate business the place sucks.

The truth is that I wouldn't give it even one star since the employees look at it badly and don't attack the order well after that when you pay and go and they look at you badly I wouldn't ever return bad service because they gave me a raw hamburger

I usually have a good experience when I come here, but today was different, I specifically asked for a 5 pc classic wings combo with lemon pepper, and a coke, I waited for 10-15 mins to get my food, I only got the fries and the chicken, I told the girl that brought my food out, that i didn’t get my drink, and she told me that I didn’t order one, when it’s exactly what I paid for, so while I’m waiting for her to come out with my drink she never comes out, so I had to go back through the drive thru, then the manager wants to make it seem like I was arguing when I just trying to tell her that I did order a combo and paid for it, I didn’t come there to argue, I came to get my food so I can go back about my business, she was the one that rang up my order, and she also asked if I want a small or medium drink, I told her medium, so how wasn’t it clear to y’all that I didn’t order a drink ? Then gonna try to make it seem like I lied , or didn’t order it, and I clearly paid for it. This is why I barely do fast food anymore. Y’all be messy and unorganized.

Probably won't come here anymore. I was trying to figure out what my family wanted to eat when the manager gets on the speaker and begins rushing us because the AI was waiting. We told her we need a moment and she's telling us to hurry. We didn't get to order everything we wanted and we won't be coming back.

Not my favorite spot, service is Ok nothing really to complain about, Service is average, area is a little shady, lot is usually clean, just a very busy area. Window people are not the friendliest and usually never say a word when taking money or handing out food.

Lunch line I can understand little crazy place my order they forgot my cheese so I had to go back around get back in line then I get my burger it's got cheese but no condiments like so for the lettuce and the little tomato damn you sure they can afford it disappointed this trip what french fries are always
