I never got to checkers and I should have kept it that way. I ordered a american cheeseburger for $2 but as a combo it cost $8, ridiculous! The burger was small like a sausage patty. My food was luke warm, the flavor was not there. It was a waste. The A.I. on the speaker got my order wrong, the live cashier was nice.

Found hair in my food came backkkkk to get it remaked she tried to use the same meat on the hairy burger never again what got me is she opened the burger took one patty out then through it back in the second patty out

Waited in line for them to say online orders pick up only (DoorDash,etc) if they only accept online orders after a certain time that should be posted on the restaurant and in commercials they should say after 12 am online orders only inconvenient
Foods good , service sucks , at least the one on Harper in Detroit.....but service is not what it once was . Hospitality is pretty much dead

It was Rally's, nothing fancy. However, I want to point out the drive-thru lady. She was so nice with a beautiful smile. She made me feel like my food was gonna be great, but I knew better. The young man was awesome, but the young lady seemed irritated by me asking for the ice cream in a cup. It's weird having an attitude for something simple as such. Other than that Checkers is still the grands go to on the weekends from time to time
