Bad service and they don't know how to solve a problem

10/10. Even on a random Wednesday being their last customer during a snow storm mind you, they gave me great service and fresh food with a smile. Couldn’t rave more about them. Went to a different fast food restaurant first because I was literally starving after working and they were closed even though online said they were open. Gave this spot a chance and they were amazing. Appreciate it so much.

I deliver for Uber and DoorDash and these fast restaurants when we get there they don’t wanna make the food and they are open but they give you all different excuses. I see them making other people food. But they tell us we’re closed.

Mixed feelings sometimes I feel good and my meal and service goes well but then sometimes I get cold food sloppy craftsmanship guess it depends on what time you go and who's on staff I used to like checkers now undecided

Went through drive through food was cold to much seasoning on nuggets called complain was told by manager that she’ll put my name in book called later that week and the district manager was rude and he stated she should’ve had u come right back and was denied my order and he stated were franchise we not Coperate so Absolutely no one I could speak to hire than him im like wow poor customer service

The food is good but I never receive my full order whenever I order from this location. I always receive my chicken bites without sauce, the dessert I order is usually missing from the order and I don’t receive my drink that comes with my combo meal sometimes.

Didn't give me All of my order, buy1 get 1Free Big Bufford Sandwich only got one, Fish Sandwich was old. When I called to let them know, the Manager had an employee tell me that they don't have to honor the deals that they offer! Totally Unprofessional!
place was filthy in the inside, big dude on the fryer told me i couldn’t get my pick up order at the windows because they closed register …. place is as usual, a terrible atmosphere
