My wife placed a mobile order, I went to the door and before I pressed the button an employee directed me to the drive thru. I placed a mobile order so that I didn’t have to wait in the drive through. I turned around to ask a question “Are you sending everyone to the drive through?” Well, before I pressed the button the woman YELLED at me through the speaker. As a disabled veteran, the frequency triggered ringing in my ears and a headache. While I adjusted to the ringing and headache, my wife walked through the drive thru in order to pickup our mobile, only for them ignored her while she stood at the window. They realized she was not leaving they open the window to find out what she wanted, which was the food we paid for online. This location, 17620 Grand River Detroit, MI 48227 has terrible customer service. Go there at your own risk.

Mom felt sick from a fish sandwich the thickness of a hamburger. 😩 is like you can taste the cost cutting.
