Ok. Not sure about the craze for Chick-Fil-A. The chicken nuggets were teeny – like the size of my thumb nail. So an 8pk may work for a dieting teenage girl, you’d need at least 40 to feed an average teenage boy. Maybe if they re-named them to chicken minis because they aren't comparable to the standard size nugget. The grilled chicken sandwiches are nice since Wendys and McD no longer have a grilled option. The waffle fries were disappointing but no one can top McD fries. Notable ketchup packets (see photo). Great service though and luckily not much of a wait at Detroit Airport DTW for lunch.

Too unfriendly. When I asked about it not being served for 30 minutes after ordering, they finally made it for me (it seemed like the order was missing). They didn't even say sorry and gave me 4 of the same sauce. I told them to go back and change it. It's more expensive because it's inside the airport. The taste was okay.

This Chic Fil A does not take Chic FIL A gift cards. Walked all the way to the other side of the airport to use up a gift card I had floating around. Very disappointed 😞

We walked all the way to the other end of the terminal to get breakfast and when we got back to our gate, we were missing part of our order and did not have time to go back. The food we got was good, but disappointing that we didn’t receive our full order we paid for.

My partner and I were on a delayed flight and had to rush to catch or transfer. We had just enough time to grab something quick, I felt so bad because this Chick-fil-a was about to close but I was greatest so warmly and kindly by “Ari” and “Merriayma” with just minutes before our flight and them closing they still had food ready and were completely kind and polite. Their attitude and professionalism is what’s sets this expectations and an experience apart from the rest. Our food was hot fresh and delicious, didn’t make us feel like we had fast food after being on a flight all day. Shouting out these two employees was the only reason I made this review, thank you Rockstars.
Store CFA #6107 Kali dark skin skinny employee was very unprofessional. He was rushing and over charging my order. His attitude was very distasteful. He walked away when he was told the drink was incorrect he walked away to the back. The managers was very aware and stated nothing to him. My drink had something in it as well. He chose to work here so he should give great service as it is his duty. First time this has happened and I’m very upset because I am an employee on lunch being timed. Having to attend work just like him. Nobody on the clock held him accountable very unacceptable.
