Well, I’m appreciative that this is a recently opened location, there’s something systematically wrong with their operation. Going through a drive-through at Chick-fil-A should not take 30 minutes to get your food. Cars five and six vehicles behind you should not be getting their food before you are. In one instance, my wife was told to pull forward. She waited 35 minutes finally went up to the counter and said where is her food and they said that they thought she drove away.

Service was great. Food was hot. However the fries had quite a few very dark pieces which is a first for me from any location. I ordered a codd salad with no tomatoes. There were quite a few wilted pieces of lettuce and they did not put the egg on the salad. So for that two stars were taken away. It's a new location so I'll give them another try.

We spent a little over an hour in the drive through (with an 11 year old, 6 year old, and 3 month old). We were passed up 2x by two different workers outside. When trying to flag them down, ww were ignored and then a new worker came out. We stopped at the speaker to place an order and after about 20 minutes of no luck, we proceeded to drive ahead. Cars behind us began honking and eventually Kira assisted us and then we met again at the window/ door where I gave her her flowers for her kind, efficient, helpful service. Because of Kira, I'm willing to give this location another try.

I don’t really write reviews, but 30 min wait every single time doesn’t matter what time you go. I understand it’s new, but there’s 30 of you in there. It’s ridiculous. And some of the staff barely know the menu. Haven’t had a good experience and this is my 4th time coming because I really love Chik-fil-A. Super disappointing.

Just a drive thru. No dining area. But still the same great lil sandwich & fries.

Update 12/02 15 minute wait for the customer to be missing. Whole 12 ct nugget at the beginning of the day
12/03 another 10 minute wait and my account got a violation because this place is ignorantly slow

Not ready for prime-time. Pulled in the lot at 8:00 pm, order placed at 8:28, lost order while waiting, got order at 8:45 with 4 cars in front of me pulled over to get their orders. Fries were cold, nuggets were good but lukewarm. Pleasant staff but missing mgt/training. Stick with McDonald’s just up the road.
