I bought a chicken meal from the chicken shack on Mack and unfortunately my chicken was not completely cooked. I discovered this after I got home so didn’t want to drive all the way back. I did however call them to let them know my chicken was not cooked all the way through and they needed to be mindful of this with other customers.

Owner who is the delivery driver couldnt find the ford rouge plant canceled our catering order and pissed off 100 of our employees stay away from businesses that are not professional and can handle catering.

Will never go back. People coming off the street begging for money while I and my friend were eating. Restaurant looked like a storage unit... boxes everywhere. No napkins. But the food was really good.

Poor customer service, wait time is long as heck. Especially don't pick up any door dash, GrubHub or UberEats orders from this location. You'll be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes.

Passed by this place for years and never gave it a second thought. Riding with a friend he pulled in and said "fren get ready for some good a$$ chicken and fries" lol. Order was pretty quick and they looked hella busy. The lady taking our order was friendly and pretty funny. Oh and the small fry was enough for the 2 of us! Ill be back on my fast food cheat days

I was starving and spent $14 w/ tip… the associate was the best part of my experience. My tooth is hurting and tastes Irony in my mouth because of the staple I pulled out

I like how nice the cashier and cook was. The food was overcooked,and not tasty. An employee wasn't paying attention when fixing another person's food. They gotta work on their cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to public and customers. Thank you. Hope it improves a lot for the managers. And the neighborhood deserves a good chicken shack. Do better family.
