Order on their website today an hour and a half after they opened. They charged my card multiple times, American Express flagged them. When I went to pick up my food they told me they were closed and weren't sure what happened with my card.

Can’t rate the food because I never got it. I was pretty excited to try the fattoush salad because that’s one of my favorite kinds of salad. Payed $15 and online it said it would be ready in 17 minutes and the store accepted the order. Went to go get my food at 1:06pm and not one person was up front at the desk and there was a line of people waiting around. Then the girl working behind the counter comes up and started naming off orders with no smile or anything. She asks me what I need and I said I’m picking up my order and she said “huh? What’s your number?” And I told her and she goes “I haven’t made it yet” and I said I needed to go in less than 10 mins to not miss the bus and I placed it 20 minutes ago and her response was “sorry I’m busy up here with all the customers in store that placed their order and my system won’t print tickets so I have to look at the screen back there but because I’m busy I didn’t see it.” Usually I can understand when it’s busy because I did work as a server for 4 years but this was not professional. If the tickets won’t print then you still need to look at the screen for other customers. So I asked her if it would be ready in less then 10 minutes and she goes “no probably not” so I asked her to cancel it and she said “I’ll do that right now sorry!” So I never got my salad and the customer service was terrible and now I am sitting on the bus hungry.

Waited for 10 mins without being greeted while they looked me in the eyes an ran to the back multiple times. I just walked off . Was here awhile ago with different staff and it was amazing . Not sure what happened

Food is pretty good. Onions need to be chopped, messy to eat in the bowl with a small fork. Extra chicken serving size is really small.

The service was great and the falafel tasted delicious, but it was not hot, barely warm. The rice was even colder--I'm concerned it was not kept at a safe temperature.

Guy working today had a poor attitude. Went to go pickup my order that ritual said was ready. I go and he says it's gonna be another 20 minutes, before I can even get the next word out of my mouth he flips and goes I'm canceling your order and that he can't make anything right now. I better see my money refunded.

Terrible service the food had hair in it and the lady declined remaking it and also she said there’s no ice or any drinks I’d ask for but when someone else would she would provide it. Stay away from here !!!!!

Ordered online for pick up. Order process was smooth through 3rd party app; order was completed on time; and order was correct. Customer service was good. Togo bag was packaged very well. Fries did not travel well (turned to 'cardboard'). Other food (hummus, falafel, falafel rice bowl, pita bread) quality and portions we felt were meh-to-okay, we didn't go hungry, but overall we weren't really satisfied. Price seemed too high for what ended up feeling like a Gordon Food Service heat up / repackage / resell.
