We came here yesterday for lunch and didn't have super high expectations, but we were so incredibly disgusted by the food and cleanliness of the restaurant. There was about 3 tables occupied when they arrived but the server couldn't find a clean table in the entire restaurant to sit us at, like they literally wouldn't wipe a table. It was gross.We both got the triple dipper and were in shock at how gross it was. The mozzarella sticks were leaking water, the fries were trash and the chicken was so dry. The sauces were also super weird and tasted bad. Our server was super nice though, which is why I gave it a 1 star instead of 0.NEVER going back to Chillis.

Overall chilies have good food, but the bathrooms were filthy and when you wash your hands, you expect to be able to open the door and not see trash everywhere

This has got be the worst experience with Chilis ever.I ordered through the Chilis app (order # 540697978) for delivery a triple dipper and an ultimate smokehouse combo. When delivered the triple dipper was missing. I called and spoke with a young lady who said she "doesn't know why they gave it to the driver or wasn't finished" and "if I can't come get it then she doesn't know what to tell me" I then asked for a manager and waited on hold for 30 minutes and then the same young lady picks back up and says he said he's in a meeting.So I'm now off work by this time and on my way up to the restaurant now. When I get there I asked to speak with a manager and he's right there. Explained the same situation to him and no apology again just would I like the food that I ALREADY PAID FOR or would I like a refund. I told him I wanted my food remade. I have now been here an additional 45 minutes WAITING for food that should have never been wrong in the first place. There is no accountability from the staff, no sense of urgency just all around bad service from everyone included.As soon as I can find a corporate number I'm calling that too.

Ebony was my server !! She’s amazing friendly prompt and treated us just like family :)Food was scrumptious -even though I ordered something pretty simple the presentation and service took my visit over the top for me.I will be returning 10/10 if I could give more stars ..definitely would :)

food takes too long.they dont mark out things you ordered before you order it leaving you confused and annoyed then you arrive.staff is just completely unorganized.

Me and my sister went for lunch and it was HORRIBLE. My sister's meal was old and microwaved to death ...My order was just bland .... Even the BAGGED SOUP was HORRIBLE. The ice water was the best thing served, I even tried to talk my sis out of going here. She gone learn today.

We had to wait about a half hour but they allowed two people to cut in front of us.The floor was sticky, Unsanitary.Even after we were seated, We had to wait another twenty minutes for drinks and our appetizers.The waitress only brought two out, Then forgot my son's salsa and chips an said she couldn't go in the back because the other waitress/waiters would yell at her.When our food finally arrived, Most of the food was cold and a lot of the condiments were missing, One of orders was even messed up.The waitress would take too long to get back to our table to bring our stuff, Only then to completely what we asked for.I feel pretty bad because she seemed a bit scared and out of it.As we were leaving, There was a group of people smoking weed out in the front and the smell was so strong, I was pretty appalled since it was right next to the door to go inside.Needless to say we won't be going back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would being in the service industry as a manager i saw sooo much that could b fixed 1st they need managers on the floor to guide n take care of the floor the employees are very ghetto and don’t have any customer service skills the place need to hav a clean sweep from front to the back of the house and the employees come right in don’t wash they hands and go to kitchen touching food in regular clothes DISGUSTING close this place or get better management

Great service. But food was not good. Fries overcooked and hamburger bun stale. Cheese on fries was hard. Take home fajitas, did not have any taste that would resemble mexican or tex-mex food. Probably will not return.
