Chili's Grill & Bar

Ordered fajitas. This is the first time I ever had fajitas served lukewarm. It took 35 minutes for the food to be served. I had to eat quickly so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Also, they forgot to give me guacamole that I ordered. Very sub-par.

I would love to know what the food tasted like, but my order was never placed. Service sucked and they didn't care.

Stopped there and was trying to grab a quick bite to eat. Just sit down. Server came up and my daughter was organizing the sugar packets for and he jerked them out of her hand and said it’s not a toy. Spoke to the manager when he did nothing and said he would just write him up. No care in the world. Also told me it’s not the first time they’ve had problems with him. Do not eat here. They do not care about you or to be professional.Awful awful place to be. Go get some food somewhere else.

Refused to let me order food when I had a connecting flight cause it took too long and they were “full” while I saw a whole bunch of seats empty. Hope I never pass through this airport again, unfortunately I will be.

Prices are obscene. $10 for a bottle of cider?! Really? Food was meh and service was like I was an inconvenience.

Go to Potbelly’s across the hall instead.

Didn’t even make it to the food here- horrible host. Extremely rude. While he was arguing with me about how to accommodate my family member in a wheelchair, I decided to leave. No need to put up with that from any type of service provider. Complete jerk (January 12th ~5pm).

No coffee and no chili. Why call it Chili’s?

1 star. I was asked to sit at the bar. The bartender ignored me while attending to others around the bar that arrived after I did. I had to leave or I would miss my connection. Avoid it if you're in a hurry.

The staff were extremely, extremely rude. I don't think I've ever had worse service anywhere.

1-18-25 8:15am. I didn't even get to sat down before the bar tender started getting rude. I understand they were understaffed and all I wanted was a to go order... chocolate cake. I mentioned that and she said she could not do this because of staffing. She was extremely rude and said I should call the 800 number and continued to run her mouth even as I was walking off.
I would go elsewhere.

Host was EXTREMELY rude. When I tried to ask a question, he wouldn't let me talk. Sat down, but left because I wouldn't have trusted what was brought to me.

Horrible Experience, waited for my turn to be seated. Person out front told me to sit in back.
I went there, server lady told me I can't sit in this section. I told her ok where should I sit? She said "not here". Wasn't sure there to sit so I picked another spot.
Meanwhile other customers kept getting sent there which added to the confusion.
I sat where I thought I was allowed to sit. Sent some emails, made some phone calls but no one to came to serve me. I concluded I wasn't welcome there. Picked up my stuff and went to potbelly next door.
Maybe there were busy or there was lack of communication or something. Very disappointed.

Has excellent on tap beer options , ordered nachos with beef salsa and guacamole. It was amazing and beer was at right temperature!

The ambience was awesome and inviting

The service was good too and the servers warm and friendly

However the food was not very good
Firstly there were no vegetarian and vegan options
We ordered nachos which came with beef chilli sauce on the side definitely tasted sad not good
I am a big fan of chili’s but definitely not the nachos
This is a Do not order dish The entire experience was good except for the nachos

Place is awful. Waited forever for food. Watching multiple people come in after usC order after us and get food before us .
