I accidentally messed up what I wanted to order, and the staff couldn’t have been more understanding. They let me exchange it without any problem and had the replacement ready in less than 5 minutes! Everyone was so kind and patient about the mix-up, and it honestly turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a really positive experience. Iris is perfect and her daughter is amazing. She’s gonna grow up and be such a star! And whatever she does cause her mom is a star in hospitality and they could work wherever they want!

The rice was great, but not enough shrimp. I ordered the almond chicken and they were strips with a different type of batter I’m used to at Detroit Chinese places. They were not good at all I give them a 2 out of 10 for the chicken. The egg rolls tasted like they were frozen and fried vs the more homemade eggrolls I’m used to at other Detroit Chinese spots. I give the eggrolls a 1 out of 10. The rice gets a 7 out of 10. It would have got a 9 if it had the appropriate amount of shrimp. I will say the staff there was nice.

I called and ordered a sesame seed chicken dinner with extra veggies in the rice from here because sun suns on 6 mile and Woodward (100% better food) was closed they told me 10 minutes I thought that was rather fast but I thought they closed at 7pm like sun suns on Saturdays they close at 10 got there she just packed this food and I stay 2 minutes away got home the food is old and cold like someone order who didn’t come and get it…
They will give you old food that people didn’t come get I wouldn’t eat here and they never busy for a reason
I’m very disappointed in my meal and don’t want anyone else to have this terrible experience as well

We ordered the Almond chicken combo C16/ w shrimp fried rice, crab Rangoon, fried shrimp and a small wonton soup. Our first experience with this restaurant. HORRIBLE!!! I have never had wonton soup where the broth was so dark, no vegetables in or anything, the little cracker things for the soup were very stale!!! The chicken and the shrimp was just breaded way too much, the shrimp fried rice was mushy and greasy. $38 down the drain. Ugh, don’t even get me started on that horrible egg roll. Everything we had was disgusting!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ??

Among the mediocre chinese restaurants in these parts, CW is a standout. Food is good or better. You can count on a level of quality. Egg rolls are very good, cabbage. If they had a special deal for egg rolls, like a deal for 5 or 10, I would visit more often. Best wishes, CW. no one is better at this price.
