I came in today around noon and there was a young woman who made my food. She Had Sandy Brown hair glasses and I think nose ring but they were clear. I’m not sure what her name was but when I say you really need to keep that girl around that was the first time I encountered somebody professional at this establishment. She was so Kind and simply did her job efficiently. Too bad I don’t know her name, but keep her around. ⏭️ Other than that, more salt needs to be added to the food here and please wash down the glass on the food station. It is so smudged and dirty.

Came into today to order bowl, as soon as I make it to the order glass. The young lady is prepping my bowl, the guy next to her is talking to her spitting over my food unaware of what he’s doing. then the chicken is under cooked, the workers play all day in there around people food it’s unprofessional and unsanitary! I think it’s time for me to get an heath inspector on the call!!

I can't answer any of these questions about Chipotle. When I get off work after 8 it's usually a line of users waiting to pick up food and the food bar is not open,they're filling orders so I've never eaten there at all nor could I order food after 8.
There was no parking spaces to park and there was a long line.

“Mobile order only” on a quiet Sunday night at 7:30pm. They are right across from me but won’t take an order in store. So I went to the car to make a mobile order… Rice was chewy,/undercooked, carnitas/pork was cold… disappointing

Worst chipotle experience of my life. Restaurant is filthy. Walked in and was only person in line at the counter. Took at least 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Restaurant was out of steak, pork, and veggies. At noon. Employees didn’t care and you could tell they all didn’t want to be there. Will never go back to this location.

Today was my final attempt to give this place a chance… Every time I come in it is filthy and the food is disgusting if I even make it all the way through the line to get someone to slowly make my food, that is!! I never leave reviews but at this point, I am at a loss. Chipotle in general has gone down the drain over the last few years, but this specific establishment should be ashamed to open the doors on a regular basis. It is filthy. No one who cares works there And that is very obvious!!! you’ve lost a customer and I’m sure I won’t be the last best of luck on your franchise.

Do not come to this establishment, I got a bowl and no question asked started dumping proportions I didn’t want into the bowl. Then I went back in and wanted it to get re-made, she asked the manager and were both on the same side saying it was my fault that I didn’t tell her to stop. Even though she didn’t communicate by asking me what I wanted on MY bowl that I paid for. I guess it’s her bowl and not the costumers bowl, also the attitude was un business like and not acceptable. It sucks this being the close establishment to me and having to deal with this. Do not come, my opinion.

Absolutely Awful service. I ordered my small order at least 30 minutes in advance, got to the window and was ignored for 10 minutes. First thing I am met with was “Name” instead of “Sorry about the wait, can I get a name for the order?”. Basic human decency. I finally get part of my order. I am missing my chips, my drink, and a tortilla. I ask for my chips and drink (asked for lemonade and received water), and was met with no kindness. Mind you there was 4 employees (that I saw) not doing anything during this entire transaction. I wish I was over exaggerating, but I am not.

I am beyond disappointed in this location. I live half a mile away and I have to drive 15 mins to another location just to ensure my food is correct. My food is always made sloppy, it’s always missing something. My tortilla chips ARE ALWAYS STALE… it’s so unfortunate. I pray they get it together!
