Everything that I paid $58 for was completely wrong! My bowl was missing a lot of items. I didn't get any of my extra items, IN MY BOWL, NOR ON THE SIDE! My daughter was supposed to have a chicken quesadilla, but received a greasy, thick cheese quesadilla. The 3 bags of chips that we got were ABSOLUTELY STALE. I tried reaching out to the restaurant multiple times, but couldn't get anyone on the line. I will never order from this Chipotle EVER AGAIN! I am totally disgusted with the location on Radnor!!!!

The employees there are nice and professional. Their wait time to be served is relatively short. The food is good and usually ready to be purchased.
Vegetarian options: You can call in your order to avoid the wait at high service times, and it will be ready at the time stated.
This Chipotle location does really well at ruining people’s lunch and or dinner. At this point, dont even register this location as an option if you want something that delivers the type of service standards that you expect from the food service chain. It’s an absolute headache, and a waste of time.
I would order from here often as I work in the area, and every time, my food has been wrong in some way. Thankfully, I have not wasted my time driving to pick up the disasterous meals, but it almost always takes forever to get delivered from doordash. I have even had friends and my hubby sacrifice their time to deal with the circus show of a location in person. I think this is a clear reflection of management, as the lack of care of the service workers’ attitudes, stress, what-have-you —ALL of this restaurant’s service qualities you can taste from the stale chips to the dry chewy rice.

I just picked up a door dash order and one of ur employees forgot to add the side of vinegarette and when I asked for it she threw it at me and then lied about being the manger when I asked to speak to one I contacted chipotle support she had a lot of growing up to do especially when she couldn’t do her job properly next time do ur job and someone won’t have to ask u for it 3 times

Service is crazy, the price change so much its a crime, thm kids need help, they need to say u gotta pay for everything 1 minute they told me I have to pay for tortillas wrap next minute I got to pay for cheese for tacos nd Bowl the prices is not on the menu which make it bad because u don't kno wt ur paying for fr look at the pic i didn't eat out of it ask for chicken tacos but got a half of a chicken bowl but payed full price for a chicken bowl🤔Chipotle need to stop it fr damn scams if i was to show you my payment history for the same chicken tacos you will laugh,when I tell you it changed every single time it did fr get new cashiers and put the prices on the menu nd on the cash register please at the locations otherwise it's a scam.

I only try this one cause it's close to home but they are the worst location. They are always out of something. Yesterday there was a wait on rice, chicken, fajita veggies and salsa. The cooks were rude and annoyed to the point I decided to leave. The only pleasant face was the new girl.
