The place was leaking really bad cashier was not experienced so ordering was very difficult I spent 50$ and regretted it some of my food was missing out the bag but to make it even worst they got the phones where you can’t call the store to complain or tell them ahead of time your missing parts of your order resulting in them getting free money out of you and you not receiving your product as promised

Church's Chicken USE to be delicious. I USE to eat Church's @ least 5times a week now 5times a year IF that. No BPpl work there anymore & You can tell immediately even by the smells driving by or walking in. How can a company who caters to majority BPpl in Black neighborhoods have no more BPpl working for them??🫤

This is by far the best Church's Chicken in the city of Detroit. Store is always super clean & the staff is friendly. The food is ALWAYS fresh & hot. I've never gotten any food that wasn't fresh like some of the other Church's around the city. I give them 5 Stars for sure

They are not customer friendly. I would rather spend my money where I'm treated friendlier. You couldn't get an extra sauce for 3 tenders. 1 is it. Forget more than 3 packs of ketchup for 3 pieces of chicken. It felt like you had to beg to get xtra condiments even though it would have made the meal enjoyable

I ordered 16 piece meal mixed paying 45 dollars and all I got was 2 breast and 3 wings , I hardly call that mixed basically instead of mixing the chicken I got a bunch of dark meat mostly legs for 45 dollars. No one said we don't have white meat why not just charge me for dark meat or offer a wait time. Very deceitful.

Staff was prompt in taking my order and they informed me it would be a 4 minute wait as they had to cook more. Great job there. When mine was done, the chicken and fries were dumped in the bin and then transferred directly to the box. I ended up with a generous portion of grease. Not so great. In general, the place was fairly dirty - lots of smears on the glass and counters; old crumbs and such in corners; and garbage in the parking lot. The bullet proof glass was a nice ambiance. All the napkins, condiment, beverages, and such are behind the glass. I assume this is to keep patrons from taking more than their share. Situational awareness is a plus when visiting.
