This is by far the best Church's Chicken in the city of Detroit. Store is always super clean & the staff is friendly. The food is ALWAYS fresh & hot. I've never gotten any food that wasn't fresh like some of the other Church's around the city. I give them 5 Stars for sure

They are not customer friendly. I would rather spend my money where I'm treated friendlier. You couldn't get an extra sauce for 3 tenders. 1 is it. Forget more than 3 packs of ketchup for 3 pieces of chicken. It felt like you had to beg to get xtra condiments even though it would have made the meal enjoyable

Service was very slow. I was the only customer inside, and there were trays on chicken already cooked, but I still waited over 10 minutes as they seem to focus only on the drive thru.
