AWFUL! Sarah was incredibly rude. One of the rudest customer service employees I have ever encountered. I was in the drive through picking up an Uber eats order and she screamed at me, more than once, that I needed to come inside to grab the order.
The moment I walked in it didn't stop her from aggressively speaking to me. She was with a different customer, so the lady that was helping me, ( whoever she was, she was such the sweetest lady. I didn't have the chance to grab her name because of Sarah aggressively coming at me ) so, then when the other lady working with Sarah grabbed my order and I asked her what her the name of the lady who was working drive through and she told me her name.
Sarah then proceeded to pull off her headset and asked me why I didn't ask her myself what her name was. I proceeded to say I thought you were helping the customer that was clearly right in front of her - I explained I didn't wanna be rude and interrupt her from taking care of the customer she was and that's when she pulled off her headset and came at me telling me, I'm nothing but a door dasher and to go out and do the door dashes as she was throwing her arms all up in air.
Who does the think she is treating a customer and in front of people the way she did.

They have commercial saying back to original recipe, well what have we been eating all these years. Every Churches has no seasoning, they are not following the recipe. You don't find any in the suburbs, so they sell us anything. STOP going and let the rest of them fold. Same thing with Popeye's chicken. They're closing them down because of filth. Let them all close their doors. We have the power.

It was cooked all the way through until the black ppl stopped cooking the chicken and now it’s under cooked and not as clean. I will not be returning here.

Fantastic Food and Customer Service! The workers were professional and friendly.
I love Church’s Chicken. The parking lot was full of huge holes. One car ahead of me but it seemed to take forever. I placed my order for a three piece meal with okra and a Dr. Pepper. They ran out of biscuits so she offered me a jalapeño pepper instead. I pulled forward to the window, another huge pot hole. I paid and received my food. I checked my bag no jalapeño pepper. It didn’t matter at this point I’m ready to go. Overall the food was delicious!
