I can't rate the food because I wasn't getting it for myself. But I also can't understand how service can be so absolutely slow. It's like they could only take one order at a time, in the drive thru. I waited over 20 minutes from the time I got in line until driving off with the food. The building needs outside repairs and updates, and I'm sure it needs work on the inside as well.

The workers were extremely nice my food was hot and so good. what I noticed that now they're under new ownership I am very pleased with quality price and kindness 10/10

The cashier said " I will be with you in a moment" twice, and that was after the car in front was told the same thing sitting in the drive-thru. That car left, then I pulled up, waited and waited. " Give me a moment ". I pulled off.

Since last year this has been one of my favorite Church's Chicken the service was prompt the food was very delicious I have been bragging to other people about attending this Church's Chicken on Sunday I waited in line for over an hour when the cashier spoke to us on the speaker she immediately was very rude continuously to cut us off stating she'll be right back with us but never got back with us we even called on our cell phones while we were in line no answer we really did want some food from Church's Chicken as we exited out of the line as many other people were doing we stopped and looked in the window because we were in disbelief we haven't gotten so much good service this past summer what is going on and all this time they could not be busy up on looking in the window the cashier was doing nothing standing there talking to her co-workers the co-workers were standing at the counter not doing anything I was very very disappointed I did not see any of the Indian people who who normally runs the place with good customer service hot fresh food if the management should read this your business is failing you missed out on hundreds of dollars by my eyes viewing how many customers left you need to fire everyone there and hire Dependable people and treat your employees right

A takeout only location, after seeing it, you probably wouldn't want to step inside. Stopped by here for lunch and ordered via the drive-thru. Wanted a chicken sandwich, but they were out of chicken patties. They were also out of iced tea. I ended up getting a two piece combo with mashed potatoes. Chicken was ok, but nothing special. I did enjoy the honey biscuit. Service was a bit slow, but I give them an extra star for chasing us down to give us sauce they thought they had forgotten.
