This place is horrible... How you only have dark meat, no peppers, and never ever has spicy chicken. They need to close or get better management. I mean who runs this place.

Let me start off by saying I haven't had Church's Chicken in a long time. On 3/8/24 I went to the location at 7 mile & Gratiot, I sat in the drive through for 20mins plus the door to the inside was locked. The lady on the speaker was rude, they were out of coleslaw, okra and Hawaiian punch. I place my order get to the window she gives me the wrong drink, ok I send it back, pay for my food and leave. I get home chicken is cold, no jalapeños peppers I ordered 2 of those, biscuit was hard as a rock and my minutemaid was just like water no flavor at all. Thanks for reminding me of why I NEVER go to this place it was a big disappointment not to mention everyone in the drive through was getting harassed by some guy begging for change. This place gets a big fat 0.

This location never has chicken, chicken sandwiches or fish on the menu Everytime I visit this location. I don't know if it's bad management or if these people just don't care but just because it's in the Detroit area doesn't mean we shouldn't get good service.

Me and my kids go every Wednesday and this one time we went I spent over $30. They gave me fresh chicken with old sides. The Mac and cheese was burnt and the potatoes were not mixed well.

Inside was closed. Drive thru was open and extremely slow. I ended up getting out of line and going somewhere else. So sad I couldn't get my fried okra.?

Give me old and cold chicken and I waited 45 mins to an hour with being in the drive thru and waiting on my food to be brought out to me … I spent $35 on a family meal and the food wasn’t fresh like I asked or was told it would be … then being harassed by homeless people is also

I don’t know how they got a 3.2 rating but must be full of lies cause this ain’t it! It takes forever for them to service you in the lobby and drive thru! They need to come up with a strategy when it becomes busy! The quicker you can get these customers in and out the quicker you can obtain the work environment without the overload of working so hard! Drive through was super long and in the inside was just as busy! Workers believe if they work slower and not faster customers will leave and of course some do but the company itself is losing money! But that’s just my opinion do better

The drive-through seemed to move quickly. However, the inside started to become crowded. There was fresh chicken available, but most of the employees were standing around in the back doing nothing but cursing. The cashier moved at a snail's pace and did not ring up my order correctly. Then, she stopped after each transaction to fix orders without washing her hands and/or using gloves, while trying to slowly force boxes in bags that were entirely too small. After waiting over 20 minutes, I asked for a refund and left.

Was in the area tried it went in to frustrated customers I ordered 10 piece spicy chicken my brother did as well was told 30 mins in was told 10 more minutes then was was told gonna be 20 more minutes then was told we only have 4 legs not to hate but need a better setup service of honesty if don't have let customers know was there for 60 mins .
