Food is amazing as always. I always order online. My food is never ready 30 mins after I order. I arrived 25 mins after I placed my order and still had to wait 10 mins. I ask the cashier what I can do so that my food is ready when I arrive, he said that there were only two workers and thanked me for my patience. The entire time I waited in store there was no line and no customers dining in. There was one woman in the store who worked there and conversed with the two staff members while the cook was shooting baskets in the trash and the cashier was just making drinks and only drinks.

We always get those restaurants that have great food, grab our attention....change up the food & then next the customer service! I spent 15 minutes on the phone! I literally drove their still on hold while on my break to order ahead, so that by the time I arrived, my food would be ready! Instead I was placed on hold twice, each increment times were once 7 minutes while the other was 6 minutes and some seconds. Just to hear the woman say she had a guest on hold before me! Mamm I'd been on hold already for a while before I called back...."i was thinking in my head". It's a shame that great restaurants start to diminish their brand for silly, petty things like this! Please do better if you wanna last long!!!!

The ambiance of this place is truly captivating. Additionally, their approach to cooking wings, preparing them only upon ordering, ensures their freshness, albeit with a slight waiting period. Although there's currently no seating available at the window counter, which would add that authentic NYC street pizzeria vibe, I'm hopeful that they'll introduce stools for that purpose soon. The wings themselves are slightly on the smaller side, but that's mostly a reflection of my desire for more flavors to relish. This establishment holds great potential for the New Center area of Detroit, and given its loft-style construction, it could even double as an art gallery. I'd love to see an art show hosted here in the future. Huzzah!
