Second time coming to this place yes it’s very clean in the back, but they really don’t care about presentation or their food. This bread is hard as hell the time before this I came the french fries taste freezer burnt and is it just me why do places get crinkle fries? Are they cheaper? Spend the extra money to get regular fries like any other company they’re horrible to eat with chili cheese fries. Just a wild guess I’m thinking they set the bread near something hot because it’s like an imprint on the side of the bun never seen a hot dog like this either. I would take it back, but I don’t wanna get hassle by the full-time homeless man that sit outside the door anytime you come.

The food was always good until one day I found a dirty finger nail in my hash browns. I took my food back the young lady at the counter was really nice and helpful. The owner or whoever he was, was rude trying to say he didn’t see anything like I was trying to get over on them for 6 dollars and some change!!! I will never go back there!!!!

I wanted to experience the food from super Coney Island but unfortunately I wasn’t. The female cashier had me just waiting in a empty line for 5 mins to tell me they aren’t taking any orders for 5-10 mins then I wait 10 mins and come back in for her to tell me they aren’t taking anymore orders for 15mins because her shift was over in the time that she had me waiting so unprofessional and she was staring at me with an attitude like I did something to her if I could give 0 stars I would

Since the restaurant is locally in my neighborhood, this makes it very easy to find and I've been coming here so long I love the interactions from the cashier.
She remembers who I am, greets me with a smile and is always professional.
The owner on the other hand, lol ..
Overall, my family's money and time is worth everything and thanks to Super Coney for being the coney island that helps feed my family

I am a regular customer at this coney island, visiting for breakfast and sometimes lunch, and I enjoy the food when it is prepared to my liking. My usual order consists of well-done sausage and white toast without butter, and I request that the toast be left unwrapped to preserve its crunch. Unfortunately, the main cook has become hostile, suggesting that I take my business elsewhere if I am unhappy with their cooking. This behavior, which I also witnessed being directed towards another customer two weeks ago, emphasizes the importance of providing excellent customer service, especially in culturally diverse settings. With many great coney islands in the city, I am motivated to find a more welcoming establishment.
*Food is great when prepared to the customers liking. *Service is alright, the ladies who answer the phone to take orders are very pleasant. However, they need to do a better job with relaying the customers request to the cooks. *Atmosphere and Service goes hand in hand. If the service from the cook is terrible. Then the atmosphere is the same as well.
